We enjoyed our stay in this lovely hideaway close to Ljubliana and Bled very much! It‘s a perfect refuge in the middle of nature to calm down for a few days and explore the Slovenian landscape and sightseeing-spots. We can definitely recommend the forest nest! Beautiful, clean and very close to lake and amenities but somehow feels very quiet and peaceful. Better than the pictures, very comfy beds and felt like home away from home (also everything seemed very new especially lovely bathroom and strong shower). The host sent detailed document with pictures on how to find the place, get in, where to park etc which was very helpful. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook from home and enjoy cosy nights in after lake activities during the day. Host was very nice, there was a welcome bottle of wine and biscuits. He was very easy to talk to and gave us lots of helpful recommendations. We spent our four days exploring the lake, enjoying the local restaurants and views - didn't need a car due to how cost everything was and the buses etc. A very relaxing lovely stay, would absolutely recommend and come again!

We stayed for a week in Istok's beautiful house in Preddvor. It was perfect for the two uf us although the house can comfortably accommodate four people. The location is exceptional for the mountains and lakes aswell as Ljubljiana. Everything you need is in the house. A river runs through the garden which is ideal for barbeques and relaxing outside. If you fancy a swim there is a picturesque lake with a pizza restarant and a beach bar a short walk away. Iztok is a model for what a Air BNB host should be and a really lovely guy. Excellent communication, passion for his country and region and plenty of tips to get the most out of our stay, such as a fabulous easy hike up to the St Jacob's church nearby at 1000m height. He even arranged some delicious fresh caught trout for us. We cannot recommend this place and host enough!! Hopefully we will return one day to do some of the things we did not have time for during this trip.

This is a wonderful little house. Mojca has installed and decorated to perfection. It's beautiful wherever you look. And wide floor-to-ceiling windows enjoy the beauty of the countryside. We spend 4 weeks traveling in Croatia and Slovenia and this is the place I preferred

Incredible cosy tiny home with amazing amenities, so many features packing into a small space including hot tub, sauna, projector, fire place, perfect for the 2 rainy days we spent here. Location is great for exploring the area and only a short drive to Bled. Communication was great and would get quick responses to any questions we had. Would highly recommend and we would definitely return.

Had a really nice stay

We really enjoyed our three night stay at this chalet. It's beautifully designed for relaxation and comfort. We loved the area and managed a glorious hike to Goli Vrz and a lovely walk to the Tufa spring. Til was very responsive, helpful, friendly in all our communications. We would love to return.
