Petits appartements confortables avec des fenêtres donnant à l'est et à l'ouest. La mer et le port sont visibles depuis les fenêtres. La cuisine est équipée de tout le nécessaire. Les propriétaires sont très aimables et accueillants. À proximité, vous trouverez un marché de fruits et légumes, des magasins, le centre-ville est accessible à pied et les transports en commun sont bien desservis. Les personnes de très grande taille pourraient ne pas se sentir très à l'aise, car les plafonds sont bas (appartements au dernier étage). Depuis l'ascenseur, il faut monter un étage à pied. Je reviendrai avec plaisir.

Very clean and cousy place.

Zwei Nächte habe ich hier verbracht! Asparuh war flexibel mit meinem Check-In, super lieb und interessiert, hilfreich und einfach nur wow. Immer erreichbar und hat mir mit meinen Fragen geholfen. Das Apartment war toll und hatte alles, was man braucht. Die Lage ist perfekt, zum Beispiel auch zum Sonnenaufgang anschauen, da es wirklich nur drei Minuten bus zum Strand waren. Ich bin happy und werde definitiv wiederkommen. Danke für alles 🥰

Appartement très bien placé , à côté des thermes romains et de la plage. Nous y avons passé 2 nuits à 4 (2 adultes et 2 enfants ). Lit de la chambre est très grand. Le canapé lit convient à 1 adulte ou 2 enfants mais pas à 2 adultes. Nous avons tout fait à pied. Il y a plein de commerces dans la rue (dont une super boulangerie). Excellente communication avec notre hôte. Plamena nous a proposé un parking privé chez une dame (qui parle Français) à 300 m de l’appartement, c’était très pratique et cela nous a permis de laisser la voiture sereinement. L’appartement est spacieux et bien équipé. Nous le recommandons.

I had a lovely stay with Mihail. He was very responsive and helpful to any requests I had. The flat is conveniently located too, a short walk from the sea garden. Would highly recommend.

The apartment is amazing! The place was perfectly clean when we got there, it has all you may need, and the terrace view is lovely! The location is more than great! The communication with the host is also a real pleasure! Thank you for having us, we'd love to come again someday!

Bel appartement de bonne taille et bien ensoleillé, avec tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour un long séjour. Idéalement situé; n'ayant pas de voiture, j'ai pu facilement rejoindre à pied et en bus tous les endroits que je voulais voir. (plages 10min à pied) . Juste en face se trouve une supérette, une salle de sport et un bar très sympa. pour prendre un café le matin ou un verre de vin le soir. Varna est une ville très agréable à parcourir de jour comme de nuit. J'en garde un très bon souvenir et ai hâte de revenir. Silvia a été formidable, elle répond vite à toutes les questions et m'a grandement aidé lorsque j'en avais besoin. Je recommande a 100%.

Апартаментът е изключително приветлив, чист и добре обзаведен. Локацията, на която се намира е страхотна. Антоанета е много отзивчива, помага в случай на нужда и реагира бързо при възникнал въпрос. Семейството ми остана очаровано и със сигурност биха се възползвали отново.

Great affordable apartments in good location

Изключително доволни сме от престоя! Апартаментът е дори по-хубав отколкото изглежда на снимките. Има всичко необходимо. Мястото беше безупречно чисто и подредено. Сградата е хубава, има басейн, фитнес и сигурността е на високо ниво. Апартаментът е на пешеходно разстояние от плажа и от ресторантите. Домакинът е изключително отзивчив и дружелюбен. Препоръчваме!

Galina’s place was very nice. Having access to a restaurant and the beach was a huge plus. I highly recommend staying here!

This apartment was exactly as described. Jan was a great host. We needed a very last minute reservation due to trip changes and Jan came through for us perfectly. The apartment had everything we needed, Extra pillows and blankets, plenty of towels and toilet paper. There’s a drip coffee pot which is rare in Bulgaria Airbnbs. The property was clean and well maintained, which is also rare in Bulgaria. The balconies were pleasant to have coffee on in the mornings. Overall I would highly recommend Jan’s place. The area around the apartment feels like a ghost town or dead zone but if you want peace and quiet with a clean beach then you’ll be pleased. You will need a car to get to a part of town with any kind of restaurants or grocery stores. Make sure you visit the Aqua House mineral pools and sauna about 15mins away.

The apartment exceeded our expectations. It’s located right on the beach and the view from the balcony is stunning. Right in front there is a supermarket where we found all the essentials we needed. Restaurants and shops are all around. Just in front on the beach there are both the private areas with paid beach chairs and the free public area. We didn’t feel like paying for chairs every day when we wanted to stay just a few hours in the morning, so having the option to choose worked out well for us. We travelled with our daughter so it was very practical to be able to go up at the apartment in 2-3 min to get things we forgot 😅. The equipped kitchen is also very useful when travelling with children - you can easily cook something for them, prepare snacks for the beach or heat up take away food. The building is quiet and the windows offer good isolation from the noise outside. All rooms have AC. The (paid) parking is just behind the building. Overall, we had a very comfortable stay.

Изключително спокойно място за почивка, домакинът беше много любезен и отзивчив.Апартаментът беше изключително чист и обурудван с всичко необходимо.Осигуреното парко място и басейн допринасят за по-комфортната почивка.Терасата допринася за допълнителния релакс след плажа.Избрахме този апартамент защото решихме да избягаме от шума на града (който е на 15 мин с кола) и да се насладим на тишина и спокойствие.Плажът Кабакум и Константин и Елена са на 10 мин с кола.Цената отговаря на условията които апартамента предоставя.Препоръчваме апартамента и домакина.Вече планираме следващата си почивка на същото място

Es ist eine schöne saubere Anlage.Gut zu erreichen. Da wir ein Auto gemietet hatten, waren alle Bereiche gut zu erreichen. Würde jederzeit wieder kommen. Sehr nette zuvorkommende Vermieter.Auch behilflich in allen Fragen.
