This is hands down the best house I've stayed in across Europe. The property is beautifully maintained and features excellent heating, ensuring a comfortable stay no matter the season. I would gladly give it a 10 out of 5 if I could! The hosts have amazing dogs, and the sunset view is breathtaking—especially when enjoyed with their homemade wine.

The stay was great! Checking in was great. The place was as described. Surroundings are quiet. Restaurants and shopping are a bit away. Unfortunately, the check-out was a bit complicated, as the description says you should return the key, but actually you leave it there.

Super nice Airbnb. Everything clean and relatively new! Hosts were pleasant and live next door. Tennis and football field were great and even floodlight! Sauna, steam room and pool were super nice! Overall, Airbnb has been completely convincing. Therefore 5 stars!

Have a nice stay during the World Cup handball. Varazdin a great city to visit and also Zagreb nearby. I wouldn't book there for two weeks, there is too little to do for that.

Here’s a great review you can use: We had an absolutely amazing stay at this place in the Ludbreški area! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by how perfect everything was for both adults and kids. The kids were thrilled with the swings and spent hours playing on them every day, while we enjoyed the fantastic gym and relaxing sauna—it was truly the cherry on top of an already perfect experience. The property is stunning, well-maintained, and ideal for spending quality time with friends. Every detail has been thoughtfully considered, making it a place we would wholeheartedly recommend to anyone looking for a memorable getaway. We loved it so much that we’re already thinking about revisiting in the future!

We stayed with 9 people in the very nice cottage. The house is a little secluded with a great view on a hill. All bedrooms have their own bathrooms and enough space. The kitchen is very well equipped and we also used the small outdoor kitchen with gas grill. The outdoor area with pool is very nice and spacious. We wrote with the landlord during the drive and were able to check in directly upon arrival. Everything was neat and clean. We were able to charge our electric car directly on site. The host is very responsive and responds very quickly to help even with minor issues. A small supermarket for daily needs can be reached in the village in 5 minutes by car, larger shops in 20 minutes. We can highly recommend the house!
