Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Var

I agree with other reviews where the configuration of the premises makes the connections between the two apartments complicated. Avoid for older people or little ones. A lot of stairs or small steps. But place very well, there is space inside and one of the apartments has been redone. Nearby beach very well Welcome very well

We arrived a little late, so Paul called us to give us directions. He and Kirsty were very helpful during our whole stay and were always available. The house itself was very clean, cozy and well equipped. Paul and Kirsty even provided a cod for our four months old son. The whole property looks like a small village of its own and is just a beautiful sight. It’s very nice to have breakfast on the small terrace. Unfortunately we only managed to do it once because it was a bit fresh in the morning which had to be expected at the end of October. The location is very convenient. It takes only 3 minutes by car to the next supermarket and it’s easy to reach Saint-Tropez, Cannes, Nice, Monaco and Menton within 30-90 minutes by car as well as the spur of the Alps. Especially the gorgeous Verdon Valley is worth a visit. We would definitely recommend staying at this place!

The view is tirelessly magical, every window is a painting! The garden of cypresses and olive trees is full of small nooks and crannies: the swimming pool cleaned twice a week, with games, mattresses and umbrellas, a ping pong table with all the equipment, a petanque field equipped with an incredible sunset over the mountains that extend to the sea, a second outdoor meal table sheltered from the olive trees… Because of this wild environment, the property is quite difficult to access, the arrival is by mountain roads in two directions but can be made by only one car at a time, a hit to take! It is an authentic AirBnb: the house is not intended for rent but is inhabited year-round by its owners who are staying in an annex during the summer. So there is everything you need, but the services remain quite simple (low wifi, no laundry detergent or dryer, no spare bed linen or towel, rough towels...) and the house is not suitable for small children (no possibility of an umbrella bed, terrace without railings, no swing as indicated in the listing...). There are 3 double beds, the other beds are extra beds. Finally, given the level of service announced, a small welcome attention would have been appreciated...

We went to Lionel's for one night with our 2 small children. We recommend Lionel's place without hesitation. The house is clean, tidy and decorated with taste. The garden is beautiful. Lionel is a welcoming host who gave us some great tips for visiting the area. Keep in mind that the accommodation is adjoining, but this was not at all annoying for us. If we return to the area we will gladly go back!

the location is perfect for enjoying the region and taking tours with interest. The house is very well maintained, tastefully decorated and functional. Air conditioning on the ground is a real plus this season. Thomas is warm by his welcome , very high availability, good advice and attentive. if we have a chance, we'll be happy to go back to your😊 place!

We had a great time at Leslie's place. The accommodation is very pleasant and well-equipped. We were able to enjoy the beautiful shaded terrace in the middle of summer and at any time of day. La Capte beach is a short walk away and La Capte's restaurant shops are within walking distance. Leslie was welcoming and very responsive. We will not hesitate to come back!

We spent a gorgeous few weeks in Le Mazet. The cottage is beautifully decorated and the gardens are a delight- you can see the Bay of Cannes in the distance. Everything you could want in a kitchen was at hand and Frédéric and Veronique were very helpful and responsive. Speracedes is the nearby village with a great little restaurant the Union Cafe and Peymeinade is nearby with supermarkets and bars and Le Paradisio- super restaurant. We took the TGV to Paris while there from Cannes and hiked in the nearby hills. The coast is about 30 minutes away by car - Antibes, Nice etc. A gorgeous cottage with a car parking space outside in a great location in the foothills of the Alpes Maritime. It is beside a road and the noise can be heard from the garden but we weren’t bothered by the passing traffic. Loved our time there.

We had a great night at Susy's studio which is a very welcoming hotel. Guests can relax in the great jacuzzi and eat in a very good restaurant just a 5-minute walk away. I recommend it!

We had a good time in this little corner of heaven, beach, shops, animation nearby where we can do anything on foot. Very great discretion of the owners, I recommend it! Hélène and her husband are lovely!

My husband and I stayed at Ferme Saint-Antonie at the end of August 2024. It was a very pleasant stay, it was like feeling at home. The location is very nice with the plant walls made by Yves that help create a very pleasant microclimate in addition to delighting the view. Clara surprised us with the gift of a very good breakfast twice during our stay. At their store we were able to buy very good cheeses, fruits and vegetables and bread every day. It's a show to wander around their nursery where you can see and buy very beautiful plants and flowers. I highly recommend staying at the structure of Yves and Clara for their kindness , for the comforts made available for guests and for the very beautiful surroundings that can be visited.

Very nice comfortable apartment with many beds, ideal for a large family. The accommodation is conveniently located next to the beach, right next to the essential shops and parking is free. We had a great time!

Very nice apartment, clean, quiet and well-equipped with a comfortable bed and relaxing terrace. Good size parking space in the garage with elevator access. Short walk to restaurants and shops in Port Santa Lucia and the laundromat in the marina car park, which was convenient when we needed to dry larger items quickly. We enjoyed being able to take shorter walks around the marina area and the pleasant walk along the coastal path to Saint-Raphael. Nathalie was a great host and very responsive.
