The place was great! You have a great view and the apartment is very clean. The communication with Roberto and his flexibility with check-in was also particularly great. He helped us a lot and we felt right at home in La Paz.

The apartment is full of light and big which we appreciated a lot. Quick reply from Manuel. It's not that close to the center of Arequipa but it allows you to do a bit of exercise 😉. It's a secure area and not too noisy. The kitchen is good enough to eat there. We had a great stay.

It was worth every penny paid for this accommodation, a quiet place, close to everything, the host was always helpful... I'll be back for sure.

We only stayed there for a night. It was difficult to find an open restaurant around the area since it was a Sunday, but the host was very nice. Our previous hotel dropped us at the wrong location, she was nice enough to drive 30mins to pick us up and have her colleague to drop us off at the Air Tahiti ferry at 6:15am.

The apartment is impeccable, everything is clean and organized, full of details that delight, lights and modern decor, excellent mattresses and clean and fragrant linens. Full kitchen, everything works well, filter with cold water. Livia assisted us whenever we requested, very polite and kind. The apartment is beautiful!! We spent days of great joy, we really felt at home. I recommend it 100% thanks Livia.

My in-laws stayed with Rene for 2 weeks and were very satisfied! He was even on site at night to help them check in - a great service! When a door handle broke in the apartment, it was immediately repaired within a few hours. All in all a great host and a highly recommended apartment!

Very good site, the very safe neighborhood. Everything near, was walking to the market, fitness center, restaurants and bars. The impeccable apartment (I just missed a frying pan and a jar of water/juice). They can arrange this for the other guests. In the most complete apartment. It had bed linen and towels for all guests, face towels and floor mat for the spare bathroom. O José very attentive at check-in and checkout. Only compliments on the building as well, which looks more like a luxury property. The always well-educated concierge, we had no trouble getting in and out. Our family loved the stay and only compliments to the host. Thank you so so much!

I had 2 very good nights in this accommodation. The hostess is very kind and attentive, she gave me some cookies and sweets! The accommodation itself is one of the best I have ever stayed, has a lot of infrastructure and has everything a person may need, in addition to being very private. It has a great SmarTV, all the basics like coffee sugar etc. The shower is hot! The internet is very good! Would recommend!

We felt super comfortable, the view was just overwhelming, everything was spotlessly clean. Just a 10-minute walk away is Café Retrato, which offers super delicious coffee and cake. The cable car (Teleferico Amarillo) is also only about a 10-minute walk away. We can definitely recommend the place!

The flat is located in an excellent area of the city, very new and safe, and better, at a fair value. The common areas are great, the pool has a beautiful view of the city. The apartment offers everything for a comfortable and peaceful accommodation. Layanne is super attentive and helpful responding to all my doubts promptly. It was very worth it!

I have stayed in two of Paolo’s places. Both times he was very friendly and responsive. I will always give him preference when I need to go to Goiânia based of how well I’ve been treated.

Our stay in Gyn was great, the Accommodation exactly as described, everything perfect, condominium caretaker an extraordinary, polite and helpful person. The AP countryside is excellent, well-equipped kitchen,TVs and good internet signals.Enfim, I hope when returning in Gyn will always be available so that we can stay.
