BOOK THIS PLACE! It was one of the best places we have stayed at. We were visiting family in the area, so it was great for us. We were able to walk to our families house. The place is just perfect, clean, kid friendly, easy check in and out, the porch is a great spot to have breakfast on, all the bedrooms were immaculate and the bathrooms too. Jill even stocked the bathrooms with items that you may have forgotten to pack. The kitchen is fully stocked with appliances. there was a play room and Jill even placed kids books in their rooms. All the touches she left made us feel really special. There is a grocery store about 10 minutes away and easy to get to. There is a lake just a few minutes from the house and it's a walkable area. The outdoor area was also perfect. We're so happy that we stayed here and will return to this property when we go back to visit. Communication with Jill was easy and she responded very quickly to everything. She leaves very detailed information and makes you feel welcomed and right at home.

I rented this for my niece and family for their stay during our family reunion. They loved it! I don't know what they expected but they seemed so extraordinarily pleased. The condo was terrific with amenities in easy walking distance for all of them. They felt they were being treated to something extra special. It made me look good! I'd rent again for sure.

The home was the perfect place to host family members attending a nearby wedding! Such a comfortable kitchen and great room, we so enjoyed our time catching up with each other!

I am so glad my first trip to Arkansas was to this area and your cabin. I am over the moon excited about getting to kayak in Arkansas. There is a small cove north of the cabin and we were rewarded with rain before arriving so got to see the waterfall. We were given clear and easy to follow instructions to enter. The cabin far exceeded our expectations. We were greeted by a beautiful, quiet neighborhood, with a short walk to the water. I enjoyed a quiet (except for the birds and squirrels) breakfast on the front porch. I would describe the cabin as cozy, but we felt we had more then enough room for our group of 4. The kitchen had all the amenities we needed. We cooked brownies, cookies, lasagna and pizza just fine. We loved the back covered area, it was a large space and the table was perfect for the crafts we brought. The near by city of Clinton was close and covered all the things we needed. Very nice home. More than enough parking, even if you’re towing something. Angela was proactive in her communication and timely. She even asked if any of us had food allergies and placed several snacks out in a nice basket. There were also water bottles in the fridge. She then checked again upon our departure to make sure all went well. I highly recommend this place!

This was our 2nd stay here. The accommodations are just what we need to enjoy a weekend away and being able to bring our fur babies is an added, bonus. Close to the ATV trails, & a very friendly neighborhood, we will definitely be back.

Beautiful location close to the lake. Felt very peaceful and relaxing. The outdoor patio seating and fireplace is a very good spot for family & friends to hang out together. Everything was very well detailed/explained in the house guide. Loved the flamingo theme.

Loved our stay!!! The kids wanted to swim all weekend and the Cool Pool was directly across the way from our condo which was a blessing! Plus there were other pools available if you wanted more isolation or different scenery. Awesome walking trails close by, beautiful scenery and views. Will definetly be back!
