Family-friendly vacation rentals in Valsot

Carla’s place so so cute and cozy and had the best views. We felt right at home. She had super helpful instruction on check-in and listed several restaurants she recommended. We really liked Taverna Malanotte in Bellano. Also, the spa was great and was a highlight of our trip!

Wir hatten wieder einen super Aufenthalt.

Unser Aufenthalt im Airbnb in Mathon war einfach traumhaft! Die Unterkunft liegt idyllisch in den Bergen und bietet eine atemberaubende Aussicht – perfekt zum Entspannen und Abschalten. Ein besonderes Highlight war die Wanderung zum Libi, einem wunderschönen Bergsee ca. 30 Minuten entfernt. Die Natur, die Ruhe und die frische Bergluft waren einfach herrlich. Jedoch ist der See im Mai noch ein wenig zu kalt. Abends haben wir gemeinsam ein gemütliches Fondue genossen – ein echtes Erlebnis! Den perfekten Tagesausklang gab es dann im selbst beheiztem Hotpot unter dem Sternenhimmel – ein absoluter Wohlfühlmoment, den wir so schnell nicht vergessen werden. Herzlichen Dank für diese wunderschöne Zeit – wir kommen ganz bestimmt wieder!

I recommend this apartment loft! It has beautiful views of Lake Como from the small village of Perledo which is in the mountains above Varenna. The apartment was very clean and spacious for 2 people with lots of amenities. We used the spa and heated pool which was nice. Signing up for a time slot wasn’t a problem as there was lots of availability. I recommend renting a car to drive around unless you wait for the bus and ferry schedules. There isn’t anything within walking distance so have a means of transportation to get to Varenna (10 minutes down the mountain). We had the best time and Andrea was very helpful and informative. If we had any questions we got a quick response. 10/10 recommend!!

The rental was beautiful with an amazing view. It took 10 minutes to get to town by car. Easy drive to Varenna and Bellano. The outdoor patio was great with a large area under cover.

Nous avons adoré notre séjour. La vue est magnifique et l’environnement est propice au repos et à la déconnexion. Le jacuzzi et la piscine sont vraiment des plus qui permettent de passer un séjour inoubliable ! Attention, il est indispensable d’avoir une voiture ! Le logement est situé très haut dans les montagnes. Pas de commerce accessibles à pieds.

Nagyon szép környéken elhelyezkedő lakás. Jól felszerelt a konyha és még saját wellness szoba is van, amit csak mi használhattunk az ott tartózkodásunk alatt. Thomas nagyon kedves és segítőkész volt az utazás alatt, ajánlott helyi éttermeket, illetve az első napra reggelit is készített be nekünk a hűtőbe. A szomszédok nagyon kedvesek, a kilátás a teraszról a hegyekre néz. Összességében fantasztikus volt a lakás, nagyon ajánljuk!:)

beautiful location. i prefer varnessa to belagio. flat is just the right size for a couple. if there's anything I want to mention is that it's in a much higher location than I expected. one would definitely need a car for more frequent visit to the town below. the host is so friendly and always available and responsive.

cudowny apartment i gospodarz mily, pomocny i życzliwy. Bardzo czysto i wyposażone we wszystko co potrzeba w domu. piękna okolica i blisko basenu i skibusa oraz restauracji i tras biegowych narciarskich. To jest nasz drugi pobyt i zamierzamy wrócić za rok. Wszystkim goraco polecam bardzo prxyjaznego Siegrieda i jego przytulny i piekny apartment .

Sehr ruhige, zentrale Lage. Parkplatz auch für unseren Gäste. Zum Wohlfühlen!!

Hartelijke ontvangst en het huisje is werkelijk van alle gemakken voorzien. Heerlijk buiten voor ons huisje kunnen zitten. Prima onderkomen voor paar dagen op de berg. Ideaal dat er een winkeltje op loopafstand is waar je met pas 24/7 boodschapjes kan doen. Authentiek dorpje. Heerlijk rustig.

Wir können uns den vielen positiven Bewertungen nur anschließen. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit bei sehr netten und unkomplizierten Gastgebern und super Brötchenservice. Dank der Waschbecken in jedem Zimmer ist es auch bei sieben Personen mit einem Bad kein Problem. Die Auffahrt sollte man allerdings vorsichtig hoch und runter fahren. Wir sind leider (mit einem normalen PKW) vorne leicht am Boden angeschrammt.

We visited in May, and it was amazingly beautiful. I was worries about the road up the mountain due to having summer tyres, but it did not snow or freeze or rain, and Sylvia also let me know that it would be fine, which I appreciated. We met Sylvie for checkin, and she guided us to the cabin further up the mountain where you are met with peace and quiet, an amazing view and a clean and beautiful and cozy cabin. From the main road it is about 20 minutes to the cabin (good weather conditions) and we did shopping before which helps as mutten has no shops. The one day, we got on the train at Tiefencastle to ride the Bernina line to Tirano and it worked perfectly - really close by and you can park and ride at the station. Thanks Sylvie! I would love to come again.

Un lieu exceptionnel avec une vue incroyable ! Cet appartement est tout simplement magique. Après une journée à explorer les merveilles autour du lac de Côme, c'était un vrai bonheur de rentrer dans ce cocon chaleureux. La vue est à couper le souffle, et l'ambiance du lieu est paisible et ressourçante. Nous avons été accueillis avec beaucoup de gentillesse et de générosité, ce qui a rendu notre séjour encore plus spécial. Franchement, on ne voulait plus repartir ! Une expérience inoubliable dans un endroit unique.

Il nostro soggiorno è stato davvero indimenticabile in un contesto riservato e suggestivo. Abbiamo molto apprezzato la presenza del barbecue e della sauna, che hanno reso il relax ancora più piacevole. Inoltre, l’alloggio si presentava in condizioni impeccabili: pulito e curato in ogni dettaglio.

We had a serene, peaceful & wonderful time staying at Silvia’s place. We felt totally at home and we couldn’t get over how amazing the views were! The home is lovely and cosy and we enjoyed having breakfasts outside in the crisp mornings & lighting the fire in the evenings as we cosied up. Everything was clean and decorated nicely. The kitchen was stocked with pots, pans and utensils which made it easy for us to cook our own meals whilst we were there. The pool area is stunning and we enjoyed playing on the tennis table too. We loved seeing Silvia’s animals around the grounds including extremely friendly cats, dogs & even some tortoises! Silvia was extremely responsive and helpful and she was there to personally greet us as we drove toward the property. She gave us great local recommendations and was a very polite and sweet lady. The area itself is breathtakingly beautiful, we felt like we had the place to ourselves as we wandered the streets of gravedona. Would recommend!

Die Unterkunft ist hervorragend ausgestattet - uns fehlte es wirklich an Nichts und wir fühlten uns direkt wie zu Hause. Die Wohnung liegt direkt am Anfang des Dorfes. Distanz zu Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ist gut machbar zu Fuss, ansonsten gibts direkt vor dem Haus eine Bushaltestelle. Die Kommunikation mit Daniel war sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Wir erhielten alle nötigen Infos und es wurde jeweils rasch geantwortet. Wir waren wohl die einzigen Gäste im Haus, somit hatten wir das Hallenbad ganz für uns alleine. Wir waren begeistert! Alles war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Es hat Toiletten, Umziehkabinen und mehrere Duschen. Auch die Sauna war eine super Alternative bei Schlechtwetter. Alles in Allem waren wir äusserst zufrieden und kommen sehr gerne wieder!

The views from the apartment were superb, and the accommodation was very generous. We found everything we needed and thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Haben nur 3 Nächte in der Wohnung verbracht. Ist jedoch etwas dunkel aufgrund der verglasten Balkone.

La villa est idéalement situé au calme mais à proximité immédiate des centres d intérêt , Christian qui nous a accueilli nous a aidé d une manière incroyable tout au long du séjour , nous conseillant les bons restaurants et bar à vin , aidant pour trouver des entrées pour la visite de la villa balbianello et des jardin alors que affiche complet partout , proposant de réserver les restaurant pour nous , vérifiant les horaire d ouverture des magasins pour faites des emplettes de dernière minute , bref nous avons êta véritablement cocooné tout le séjour . Et l appartement que dire a par incroyable ! La vue est à coupé le souffle , la terrasse est une merveille a tout heure ! C est véritablement un endroit magique. Et Christian nous l a dit en arrivant , l âme du lac de Côme c est ici à Varenna nous ne pouvons qu approuver !

We loved our stay here! Be prepared to hike a steep incline to get to the apartment if you don’t rent a car. It’s well worth the hike for the incredible views but just be prepared! Everything was wonderful and we loved the location.

Wonderful wonderful wonderful.. The most beautiful view you can see on this lake.. The place is very clean and spacious and the service is very elegant.. I don't think there is a more beautiful place more than this place. Thank you Laura

Amazing host and a breathtaking view. Too bad we couldn't use the pool due to cold windy weather but had an amazing time with family and kids. with only 10 min drive to local attractions and ferry. I would highly recommend this Michele and his property.
