This cosy apartment on the bottom floor of a vacation house containing 3 apartments is a great place to get away from it all. The views from the patio of this green valley full of palm trees are breathtaking! Plus it's only 25 minutes to Locarno! The house is accessible on foot from the main road up 80 steps and is set back from the road to allow a large degree of privacy and tranquility. Note that you can rent it together with the apartment on the top floor, for a total of 6 beds.

Built in 1866, Rustico was completely renovated in 2021 and is located on Mount Arnau, above the village of Giumaglio, at 1000 m altitude. The cottage is within walking distance and requires a two hour hike uphill. It offers everything for a cozy and restful stay. Looking forward to seeing you. In the middle of Boschetto, a listed hamlet above Cevio in the Maggia Valley, lies the Cà Lüina, a historic, spacious rustico. The three-hundred-year-old house was extensively restored in 2021-2024 with the aim of preserving its character. A lot of emphasis has been placed on the use of natural materials when renovating with local craftsmen. The house is very high quality equipped with a modern kitchen and a modern bathroom and has a great garden.

Charming rustic cottage in a small hamlet of Gerra Verzasca. Ideal for 2 people max. Arranged on three floors. On the ground floor, there is the kitchen with a fireplace and dining table. A spiral staircase leads to the first floor where the living room with access to the balcony is located. Also on the first floor is the bathroom with shower and washbasin. In the attic on the top floor is the bedroom/study.

A cozy gate away in the old town of Mairengo, completely renovated. Every thing is new but the atmosphere is the one of an old House. Perfect for a couple or to stay alone.
