Beautiful house & garden/ Preciosa casa con jardín

House with first quality finishes in all spaces, lounge carefully worked with modernist tiles made by Gaudí, kitchen Bulthaup, upstairs suite with rustic natural oak wood flooring, sleeping area with king-size bed, bathroom with original ceiling… It is a vintage house completely renovated with lots of light all day and with a large garden of 350 m2 to enjoy the relaxing area in the middle of the trees. Very close to the train station and only 15 minutes from Barcelona both by car and by train.

Up on a little hill, guest house of a 500 years traditional house, embedded in a wood of 25 hectares. The guest house has a private garden, a mini pool, and an independent entrance. Air conditioning. Barcelona's center is only 20 min by train, trains every 6/10 mins, 1,2 euro ticket trip, the train station is 3 min by car, free parking at station and house. Alternatively, the city center is 20 minutes by car. Beach is 25 minutes by car.Car recommended. Nature, peaceful, beautiful sunsets.

Para disfrutar de Barcelona y aprovechar al mismo tiempo de la naturaleza, propongo un apartamento independiente en una hermosa casa rodeada de arboles . El sitio está en La Floresta, a 600 metros de la estación de Ferrocarril y a menos de 20 minutos de tren de la Rambla ( Plaza de Cataluña ). Los huéspedes disponen de tres habitaciones dobles, salón/comedor, cocina equipada, baño con ducha y 3 terrazas. Se puede aparcar libremente en la calle.

Attractions: Collserola Natural Park near Barcelona. My place is located in the historic center of the city, near the train station (Renfe and Ferrocarriles ), with easy bus connections with Barcelona. My accommodation is good for couples, and business travelers . The apartment has a garden with a table and some chairs. There is the possibility of parking for 10 euros per day.

Small house with incredible views of the mountain and the Collserola forest, surrounded by nature, tranquility and fresh air. The trails that run through the natural park start a few meters away.
