The place is very nice and has a beautiful patio to spend a pleasant time, it has everything you need to have a very comfortable stay.

A small but cozy house, ideal for couples or a family of 3. The hosts were communicative and always attentive, the house was spotless when we arrived and the spaces were spacious and bright. Delighted and definitely on future trips we will be back.

The location is excellent, it is central and a very quiet and beautiful area. The hosts were very helpful and kind to the directions. The house is very nice and that it is petfriendly and has a lot of space is a great value. We'll definitely be back.

We contacted Laura last minute and she answered back directly. The house is great, well located with an enclosed parking. It's clean, luminous and well decorated. There was a few stains on the linens but overall very clean and very welcoming. Laura was very friendly and easy to communicate with, we liked our stay and felt very comfortable during our week

Very nice place if you wanna be close to city center (a very short walk to main plaza). Next to restaurants and groceries. There's also a convenient parking spot inside the property. The host is very dedicated and provides an immediate answer.

Beautiful complex with amazing outdoor living. Kithcen, dining & living areas all in a beautifully shaded outdoor setting. 3 rooms with modern feel - clean and spacious. Was a perfect location for our group of 6 to explore the city & visit local attractions including Cenotes and of course Chichen Itza. Responsive hosts and well-stocked kitchen. Highly recommend!

The house is the same as the photos, it is clean and is very large, to go as a family it is very comfortable. In our stay we were 7 and very comfortable, there are 5 beds, two double , three singles , and a sofa bed. Eduardo Armando is always attentive to our needs, Magda, who is in charge, also very helpful and friendly. We were able to cook super well, as it has a large kitchen and with a lot of dishes, pans…. it has an oven and microwave, and the large and spacious refrigerator. The comfortable and clean pool area, the kids had a great time xq the house has spacious spaces. Just to say something, if the white renovation of the house would be good. It is on a ranch, cute with more residential home, it is very quiet and safe. In short, it's a house I would go to with family again.

The accommodation is just as described and can be seen in the photographs, it is quite comfortable, it is close to the center, we moved walking all the time thanks to the proximity, however the public lighting on the nearby street is not so good, still seems like a safe place to walk.

Super recommended for traveling as a family, the house is super beautiful, super central to the best of the best. The hosts are very attentive, we would definitely stay there again.
