Nice place to stay with beautiful views.

We arrived a little earlier than expected in the region. Jean-François went out of his way to let us check in earlier. The cottage is perfect for a stay with children, there is a playground and our children enjoyed playing outside. Cottage in tip top, very clean, beds nicely made, towels are provided. We have greatly enjoyed it and will definitely be back!

A wonderful place from where you can explore southern Limburg. Every day a concert of birds in the garden, a cozy pallet stove, clean bathroom and nice beds. Friendly host, welcoming and everything well taken care of. We enjoyed it!

Very nice cottage a few kilometers from the plateau des Hautes Fagnes, with garden and private path. Two large tables for dining in the garden, comfortable interior, with beautiful views to the valley. Only small downside: linens and bath towels are not included and it is not mentioned on the listing page. We'd love to come back!

The property is wonderfully central yet quiet. We were able to walk to everything. Inside the apartment, the conservatory is a big plus. But otherwise everything is clean and very nicely furnished. The creaking floors are the only point that bothered us a little. Otherwise, we can absolutely recommend the apartment.

The apartment is extremely well planned and decorated, with a bright and comfortable living space despite being on the ground floor. The main square and restaurants are literally two minutes away, while the street itself is very calm. The sofa bed is the easiest to open, can be done with a finger and that’s pretty helpful. Lots of teas and coffees made it even better to feel relaxed and at home.

This was an excellent place to stay — incredibly spacious with breathtaking views that we enjoyed every day. We stayed here for three months and felt completely at home throughout our time. Francois and Charlotte were exceptionally helpful and quick to respond to any questions or requests, making our stay even more comfortable and stress-free. Highly recommended for both short and extended stays.

We had a nice two nights here. Host was very communicative in terms of check in, and he left us a bottle of champagne which was very nice. There was lots of coffee, tea, etc available. Overall place was clean and beds comfortable.

There are places that immediately become at home, and that's how we felt at Cédric's place, me and my two colleagues with whom I stayed for 6 weeks. We were great, the place was quiet and safe. The amenities were working, and we found the beds comfortable. The living room and kitchen are very friendly. The host was proactive and responded very quickly to our messages and questions when we had them. Don't hesitate to book the location! We recommend it 100%!

We enjoyed our 5 day vacation in this lovely town. Everything was very good. Clean cozy apartment with all facilities. WOW! What can we say, A+++ Yves! Firstly, thank you for the hosting! Our flight to Brussels was cancelled. When I informed Yves he was very understanding and I felt confident that no matter the situation, we would be supported and cared for. When we arrived at the property one day late, it was clean, spacious, and very comfortable, with stunning wide windows offering an interesting view at the front. Location was very desirable - amenities are a moment's walk, there is a supermarket a few steps away, and as for food options? No shortage in beautiful Hasselt. We particularly enjoyed the Canal Area which is full of affordable restaurants. Come here and soak up the atmosphere of a beautiful Belgian city. Though we were visiting a friend and the Efteling Theme Park, there's plenty to do and see just in Hasselt! Yves' place is actually larger than it looks in the pictures too. Thanks Yves, we hope to visit your place again soon!

Everything worked out great, Raphaël and his wife are nice hosts, questions and problems were answered and resolved directly. The welcome beer also tasted good after the long drive 🤗 We'll be back.

Beautiful and spacious apartment close to NP Hoge Kempen and Maastricht. Ideal for weekend cycling/hiking in nature or for city trip Maastricht. Very well maintained, smooth communication with owner. Garage to store bicycles is a plus.
