Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Valica

This was a lovely, authentic Italian apartment with a beautiful interior. It was also in a perfect location with a bus stop right out front, and the Hop on - Hop off bus starts one block away. Almost on the water with tons of restaurants all around. This was the perfect apartment from which to tour the historic city ofTrieste. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay!

We had a wonderful stay at Andrea's apartment. It is very close to the railway station and the apartment is very neat and compact. We walked to all the attractions in Padua and had a great time. Thanks Andrea

We enjoyed our stay in every way. Even through we where here in february, we really enjoyed the energy of the sea and a fresh sea breeze, the air IS fantastic. We used the bikes and went on beautiful hikes mostly along the coast. We brought fresh seefood at a nearby fish shop and vegetable on the local market and prepared it at our accomodation. We also loved eating at different restaurants ( lot of seafood and cevapcici;) The villa is spacious, clean and very nice. Igor the owner is a helpful and kind person. Thank you very much🌊😌

The apartment is very well located, the price is very fair, it is very large and comfortable. It is equipped and close to everything. Really everything they say is true, I recommend it. It's quiet, you just listen a little to the neighbors because the apartments are old, but it really doesn't bother at all. The only thing to keep in mind is the 4 stories per staircase, but in the historic center it is very common for this to be so, if you can climb stairs, rent it without hesitation.

You’re right in the heart of old town Rovinj with so much to see and do. Zoki’s place is perfect for 2 couples. She was always ready with tips and advice and made sure our visit was top notch. Will definitely stay with her next time our travels bring us to the area!

We stayed with two couples of friends for New Year's week. The location is ideal, a short walk from the city center, the building is quiet, the apartment is well arranged and very well decorated. The kitchen is well equipped and possibility of basic necessities (salt, pepper...). Elisabetta is a very welcoming host, who has given us a lot of restaurant tips, she is very responsive. Thank you for a stay in this lovely city!

We had a great family holiday at the villa! The communication with our contacts Jelena in the In advance and Edi during our stay was super nice and straightforward! The sea view and tranquility there were unbeatable. The pool was a dream come true! The kitchen was equipped with everything you could think of. It was a completely successful holiday there!

This was the most magical place we have ever stayed! We loved being able to swim and paddle board right off the front deck, and the home is centrally located so you can walk to all of the best restaurants (although the space is so pretty you might just want to stay home and cook every night). The kitchen is well stocked and the spaces are cozy and thoughtfully appointed! I will say that the ceiling in the upstairs master bedroom is really low. I’m 5’4” and I hit my head multiple times, and my tall husband definitely struggled getting around. There are also a lot of stairs so this isn’t somewhere to stay if you are daunted by 4 flights of stairs multiple times per day. We didn’t mind either of these things because the house is so special and it just kind of comes with the territory, but it’s something to keep in mind. Overall a wonderful stay. Thanks Andreas!

what a beautiful, cozy and intimate place. beautiful house, beautifully serenely furnished. Upon entering, the coolness fell into the house, the nice smell and the beauty immediately. We felt right at home. The house was beautifully clean and the kitchen had all the necessities (nice pans, good knives, very important😉). facilities such as jacuzzis and 2 bathrooms were very nice. Multiple air conditioning in the house. great communication with host, always a quick response. the house is in the center of Pazin, close to restaurants and shops, yet the peace and quiet is remarkable. also within walking distance of sights such as the Pazin cave and the old castle. a sweet welcome word from the owner with nice tips for restaurants that were definitely worth it! I have never eaten such delicious gnocci. thank you for this nice end to our tour and introduction to Istria.

We stayed in Porec as a family (2 adults, 3 kids (1,3,12)) in August for a week. Davor's place offered a covered parking space right by the house, perfect. After a friendly welcome, we have furnished in the two air-conditioned rooms. The kitchen in the adjacent dining room provided everything we need for our stay. Bathroom with large walk-in shower, only the warm water didn't always want like us. 😜 Everything is nearby on foot, bakery, shopping, everything is there. Otherwise 5 minutes by car, great shopping offer. Also SB laundry, Car Wash, all can be reached in less than 5 minutes by car. For electric car owners, I recommend the Lidl parking space for loading! The sea can be reached in 10-15 minutes on foot, the apartment offers a great location. We had a great time, despite the street location the traffic was never disturbing or not heard. The nights quiet, during the day the air conditioning was great. We are more than happy to recommend Davor's apartment! ❤️

A house in a small and quiet village, exactly as pictured, tidy, homely, has everything needed for a comfortable stay plus a pool and a jacuzzi for relaxation. Although Lara could not meet us, she left a key for us and cold cuts in the fridge for us to help ourselves. She always responds to messages and is super friendly and helpful. Who is looking for peace, away from the hustle and bustle of the city and yet 10 minutes from the sea, a warm recommendation for Lara's house in Bartići

Charming house with great location and responsive hosts...

We had a wonderful stay in this quiet and picturesque place. The hosts were extremely helpful and likeable – they even brought us fresh tomatoes from their garden in between. We received a bottle of wine to welcome us, which was a very nice touch. The house is modernly decorated, yet it has retained its historic charm. The garden was pleasantly shaded almost all day which was perfect for the hot days. We were there with 5 adults and one toddler and would be happy to come back.

A really amazing location. The view of the farm and valley from the apt is dreamy. Franko and Milena were friendly and helpful. We happened to be there as they were harvesting olives and making their olive oil. A great experience. Izola is very close and fun. We explored Koper as well - many winding back streets and shops once you delve in. Piran is beautiful. We rented bikes in Potoroz and rode the sea wall to Piran. A truly magical place. One thing to note: the road up to the farm is very narrow and one lane. We often had to back up and find a driveway to back into to allow other cars to pass by. We took it very slow and it was fine. The view from the road is INCREDIBLE!

We had a great stay at Susy's attic apartment. The apartment is large and clean and very well equipped, and the view from the terrace is very nice. Susy and Francesco were amazing hosts, providing lots of advice on things to do and places to eat. Would be happy to stay here again next time!

A beautiful apartment just a few feet from the “walking only” street, that had lots of cafe’s, stores , restaurants and bars! Still quiet at night. We were able to walk everywhere, and loved the mixture of parks, the marina, as well as older houses! Definitely recommend this apartment if you plan a trip!

It was a perfect place just like advertised. Close to all the main attractions, buses nearby. Apartament was really cozy and nicely decorated. Fabio was perfect host, we didn’t have any issues with communication. We were only there for a weekend but don’t be afraid to come for a longer time, it’s equipped with all the utensils you need for longer stay. Hope to return one day!

Paolo and Karen's apartment is centrally located in the historical area of Trieste - great as a base to travel and visit family/friends ! Clean, spacious 2 bedroom apartment in perfect location. Close to bars, restaurants, the marina, Piazza Unitá, Piazza della Borsa, 15 min walk from the train station, numerous supermarkets and public transport. Location makes it easy to walk the city and explore. Paolo and Karen were responsive to queries and requests and were there to provide recommendations and assist when required (even needing to purchase a new toaster). Thank you for your hospitality and allowing us to stay in your apartment while we visited magical Trieste!

The only drawback is the leakage of the shower. The rest is fine
