Everything was perfect, things to improve but other than that it was as described and the house was very comfortable and the access even more so, a quiet area

Had and awesome time nice swimming pool and place left some important stuff behind and was told it was still there very honest owner and very nice that he greets you at arrival and departure had a great stay

Everything very good, exactly as described, only the access we were 15min waiting for them to open, walk to the other villa to ask and there was a lady who kindly opened the villa 1

The stay is pleasant because it is very quiet, it is spacious and has all the necessary amenities for a good stay. What seemed excellent to us is that almost every room has its AC and that gives quite comfort. I would definitely stay here again

The subdivision has a lot of security which gives you confidence, the house is excellent, from the bedrooms with a full bathroom each and air conditioning, a kitchen with utensils, a living room with air conditioning, cable TV and a large screen, and the pool is formidable, a good size for children and the water is warm due to the type of weather. Mata de Uva beach is a 15-minute drive away and the waves are very calm. Patricia and Rafael as hosts were always attentive and answered any questions quickly. I recommend the house 100%, I would definitely come back.

Good accommodation!! We 👍🏼 only had a small problem where for a moment we could not enter the apartment because the numbers were removed from the lock so quickly. In general, everything matches the description, very good location 🌊⛱️☀️

I highly recommend it, it's like being at home with all the amenities, clean, well located, we were very comfortable. They left us a delicious coffee as a courtesy, which is a plus👍👏.

This is a lovely space in the heart of Veracruz. The gate provides adequate security and I felt very safe. The apartment is small, but adorable. It is obvious Erika cares about it and takes time to add little touches that made it feel more like a home than a rental. Plenty of towels, soap, and even an extra blanket. Remote controls labeled and a handy guidebook of the area. I only stayed two nights, but it was a quiet and relaxing place. If you've found this place and it is available don't hesitate to grab it.

Very comfortable, clean and nice everything related to the apartment, Ruth was always attentive. It's hard to get there if you don't have a car, as it's far from the main avenue and food businesses and stores.

The accommodation is the same as the photos, it has everything and everything works , the area is quiet and the guards are very friendly , the temperature of the pool is incredible even if the day is cloudy, as two blocks away there is a tent and the Boulevard de la playa is not far away . In my stay I had a small inconvenience with the hot water but the hosts were very kind to offer a solution , I will definitely stay here again☺️

the accommodation, we liked it, if we returned, surely we would stay there again, the arrival and departure are autonomous with the clear indications, only a few cleaning details otherwise very good, it matches the description and photos, it is comfortable, there is no elevator and it is on a third floor, the location is good as long as and when you have your car to move, the center of Veracruz and the surrounding beaches is approximately 20 minutes away, and there is everything (tienditas, Oxxo, fruits and vegetables) around the development and 8 min the super, we did not use the pool in part because the weather was not very good and also because we didn't have much time.

A very nice apartment in one of the best areas of Boca del Río with a spectacular panoramic view, it has very nice decor, very clean and the furniture is impeccable, there is more than one could ask for to spend some extraordinary days of rest!!! We really enjoyed the swimming channel since we practice swimming, and doing it outdoors with the river and the accompanying sea was the best. Thank you very much Kendor & Griss for letting us stay at your house for a few days and for being so kind and attentive, we want to come back very soon!!!

What a beautiful place to stay in Boca Del Rio! Walking distance to the beach. Simple cab ride to downtown. Julio is a great host! Very responsive. I’ll definitely stay here again when I come back to visit!!!
