Vacation rentals with a pool in Valencia

We will definitely repeat, the house is beautiful, spacious and very comfortable. It has everything you need inside to spend a few spectacular days of rest in a beautiful area with phenomenal views. Gareth has been attentive and is a very friendly and polite person, which makes you want to come back. I would only add one thing to make everything perfect, and that would be a table and chairs to eat outside while enjoying the beautiful garden that the property has. Other than that, everything was perfect. See you next time, Gareth!

A beautiful house with pool, it had everything you need! Very clean and nicely decorated! Particularly friendly hosts, mother-in-law welcomed us warmly and showed us everything, despite the language barrier.😉 The pool was the highlight, but we also got delicious salad fresh from the garden on day 1, the whole garden with vegetables, flowers and plants is very well maintained! Thank you for everything:) A little annoying was the uncontrolled dog barking from the neighbor at all hours of the day and night! But of course the host can't do anything about that!!! We were looking for a place to stay in the area and thanks to Estela it was ideal. The environment, kindness and attention to questions were 10. Incredible stay about 30 mins drive from Valencia town / airport - a real gem of a find on Airbnb. We had 2 couples and 2 infants, and the property was ideal. Very spacious, extremely well equipped, beautiful pool and hot tub on the balcony. It was immaculately clean, especially given the size. The place was full of unexpected extras that really added to the trip, such as a games, archery set, balls, a large speaker for outside, brilliant bbq area, treehouse and a wendy house for the kids. Even though the pictures are great, they can’t do this place justice. Equally, it doesn’t show how great the host was. We arrived late on Saturday evening and we were treated to a lots of complimentary food and drink to welcome us - a wonderful touch. I would highly recommend this stay for any one looking for somewhere brilliant conveniently situated from valencia. It’s also only 20 mins from a beach, large supermaket and the incredible Mirador El Gabri viewpoint.

We stayed for a week in this apartment. We were with a child and the owners provided us with a cot and a high chair for feeding, which made our stay very comfortable. The location is very convenient, 2 minutes to the sea. There is a supermarket 5 minutes walk away. In the apartment we found many related things necessary for the beach, even a beach tent and we took it when we went to the beach with our child. We were super pleased 😊

Thank you Salvador for staying with you. We were there for a month and we didn't miss anything. Salvador was always available and helped us immediately in every situation. We couldn't have felt more comfortable. You are really right on the beach, it is quiet and has everything you need within walking distance.

Excellent stay in Valencia! We had a very nice time at this place. The apartment is comfortable, clean and very well located to enjoy the beach. From the first moment, the host was very attentive and was always well communicated with us, which we really appreciate. We had a small inconvenience with the wifi, but they quickly offered us an alternative solution. I would recommend this place and stay here again in the future.

Close to the beach and very practical

We, family of 4, stayed at the apartment. It’s perfectly located, just 5 min walk to a supermarket, local bus stand and to the beach. Antonio is super responsive and helpful. Top of everything, the apartment contains many things that you would find very useful e.g, beach umbrella, chairs, tennis rackets etc. Kitchen is full of utensils. Great place to stay and relax.

Everything was perfect, very good communication and very clear instructions

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment is in a great location, just a few steps from the beach yet pleasantly quiet. The surroundings are familiar and relaxed, perfect for relaxing. The apartment was very clean and lovingly furnished. We found the amenities particularly positive: everything was really thought of, even beach chairs, beach towels and other equipment were available. We felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back!

The stay itself was very good. I was just surprised that you had to do a 40 kms detour to get the keys and then again to take them back! Lovey house, although we unfortunately had a problem with the AC and hot water which took two days to get fixed. The views from the villa are absolutely breathtaking, would definitely recommend.

We initially booked 10 nights at Raul house, but upon arrival, there was unexpected heavy construction noise from nearby which went on all day. Although this was completely out of Raul’s control, he was very apologetic and did his up most best to make the situation better and immediately moved us to another of his properties. While the second house was great, it didn’t quite meet our needs as we had hoped for a private pool and panoramic views like the original booking. Though we only stayed two nights, (one night at each house) we were very impressed with how Rau handled the situation. His communication was excellent, and he was fair and accommodating when we decided to move elsewhere. The original house was exactly as pictured, spotlessly clean with stunning Mediterranean views, we were very disappointed not to stay. Despite things not working out for us, I would definitely recommend Raul and his properties. He's an excellent host!

Sonia was helpful and kind. The apartment was big and beautiful. We mostly enjoyed the pool and the nice air condition.
