Quiet apartment, parking, double beds - separately

The apartment is at the quiet end of the housing estate and has its own parking space, which you can see from the bedroom. There is reliable wifi, air conditioning and an equipped kitchen, coffee and tea. We only have a high chair for children. Comfortable 2.20 m beds are together or separately, according to the wishes of the guests. We do not have a TV. The apartment is designed for guests looking for rest or peace of mind to work. It is completely unsuitable for parties, nightlife, etc. noisy activities. Do not disturb the neighbors in the evening, they have small children and they get up in the morning to go to work.

I offer accommodation in a cozy cottage on the grounds of a South Bohemian farm in Prostřední Vydří (6 km from Dačice). The cottage has been renovated, has a separate entrance, bathroom and its own garden with pleasant shade. The room has 2 beds (one fold-out), a desk, a kitchenette, a refrigerator, a bookcase, and a kind, romantic atmosphere. There is peace and privacy. - In winter, it is heated, I will be happy to explain how. The bathroom is unheated! I can lend you a radiator in the cold. - I mow the grass only when necessary, I don't shave the lawn.

Beautiful and quiet location, close to nature. The kitchen is fully equipped including all appliances, dishwasher, washing machine. Bathroom with shower, towels, hair dryer. The house is located in a small quiet village near the Dalešice reservoir. Lots of bike trails nearby, forgotten places where you'll come across the ruins of old castles, coves suitable for fishing.

The place is only accessible by car. The distance to NMNM 5 km, Vysočina arena 7 km. There is no shop or restaurant here. Everything is close to the wonderful city.
