Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Valais

We were lucky enough to have Sina & Pavel’s piece of paradise in March over skying holidays for our family and a family of friends (4 adults and 6 children). Just after booking Sina was amazingly available and proactive in informing us. The Chalet is extremely well located in Villars best area (within walking distance of the center but cut off from its hassle by the forest area it is located in. The views are amazing and you can really enjoy it in the enormous garden. Inside… is amazing. As other reviews have repeated regularly: you feel at home from the first moment in a luxurious but cosy environment. The Chalet is very spacey and is very well organised. The living room, as a central hub, has an extraordinary view into the garden and, indeed, valley and French mountains opposite Villars. All was amazing. Sina even proposed us to stay a couple of days longer, which we couldn’t unfortunately. We’ll be back, that’s for sure, Sina & Pavel would have us. Thank you so much!

Cozy and lovely place. Minutes walking from the slopes, but if you want something more you can drive 30 minutes to Verbier. Simon is a great host.

Very pleasant stay, super quiet chalet in nature, surrounded by beautiful landscapes. Little network, but it gave us a good opportunity to disconnect. The interior is cozy, simple and a little rustic but warm, it feels very good (we particularly appreciated the stove, which was a bit the star of our stay). With the snow, impossible to climb up to the cottage by car, but Daniel came to help us transport our belongings on the remaining 200m with his 4x4, so no worries about access to the cottage.

If you’re looking for a peaceful retreat with stunning views, this cabin is perfect! It’s cozy, secluded, and ideal for those who want to disconnect and enjoy nature. Janis provided detailed instructions, which were crucial since we arrived at night in thick fog. (Make sure to use Google Maps, as Waze led us down paths not meant for cars causing us to turn around in sketchy conditions.) The welcome basket was an incredibly thoughtful touch that made us feel welcomed and at home. The cabin’s simplicity was just what we needed—no distractions, just the beauty of nature all around. It’s well-equipped, but if you’re visiting in cooler weather, knowing how to make a fire is important to stay warm. The surrounding area is great for hiking or relaxing with a book, and the breathtaking views made the stay unforgettable. We left feeling refreshed and more connected to nature. Highly recommend for anyone seeking a tranquil experience!

The property is a bit remote but very easy to find due to its precise instructions. You have everything you need: it also provides firewood for a small donation and the cats are cuddly in a pleasant way but not intrusive. Everything was clean and fancy the photos. What is particularly noteworthy: Marco explained everything superbly and was always accessible and responded quickly when something was unclear. All in all a great place for 6 people who want some peace and relaxation! We would definitely come back:-)

We immediately felt at home in this newly renovated accommodation. It was all there for a cozy stay. The location is perfect for trips up the mountain and further into the valley. Likewise, the bathroom is only a few minutes' walk away. In short: ideal for us.

Reto and Rosy are great hosts. We were personally welcomed and everything was shown to us. The chalet is very cozily furnished and has everything we needed. The area is great for different activities. Right outside the front door is the Postbus stop, which takes you to the cable car in Blatten in 5 minutes. The Belalp ski resort is super nice. Chuen is a very warm host, we felt right at home. Super comfortable bed, hotpot, fire bowl and everything very nicely furnished. Here you can relax. Beautiful surroundings for hiking. We will be happy to come back!

The hosts are friendly, proactive and quick to answer. The chalet is just as presented, with a very pleasant terrace, a nice view on the mountains opposite and many walking possibilities close by. A very enjoyable stay!

Overall, we had a wonderful time, definitely a highlight of our trip! Such a fun Airbnb. The only thing is, we hiked beyond it because we miss interpreted the blue cattle fencing as a taped off trail. I think that’s the American not wanting to trespass in us. The hike in instructions were very thorough.

We had a wonderful time in your home. First and foremost the house itself: so beautiful, soothing, tastefully furnished and very cozy. We felt right at home there and also our children played there for hours. And then that view, I can't imagine this ever getting used to. In addition, it is also a super nice region, every trip we were amazed by the beauty of the region. It was a really successful vacation! We would love to come back here again.

David is responsive, careful, and easy and seamless communication. It is a magical place, eco-friendly, conducive to disconnection, walking and for those who want introspection. The amenities and decor are tastefully designed, it is very comfortable and neat in the details: large shower, beautiful towels in number, shower gel that smells good, fluffy and cozy duvet, tea and coffee capsules upon your arrival... Nick is a generous host and available on the first call if needed. We are close to Gstaad with easy and quick access by road, a beautiful parking area next to the cottages... We keep the address!

We spent a week in the cabin and felt very comfortable right away. The view is very nice and it's very quiet. You can watch a lot of marmots. We have taken many varied hikes from the cabin. We would come back. Thank you for the great hospitality!
