A quiet house in a good location!

Proche de tous commerces et de multiples activités saisonnières (sports , détente et nature). Situé à moins 100m de l’Eure et à deux pas de la voie Verte. Pour les voyageurs et les professionnels à 5mn de la gare, à 5km A13, à 30mn d’Evreux / Rouen / Andelys / Vernon. La côte Normande est à moins d’1h20 par l’A13 vers Caen et A29 et Paris à 1h20. Le weekend, il y a des marchés à moins de 10km (Louviers , Pont de l’Arche..), avec de produits frais de qualité.

The small quiet house at the end of the landscaped garden is fully equipped to make you feel right at home.
