To Vågsbygd Amfi - about 3 min by car, to Skyland Trampoline Park, Leo's Playland, Glowing Golf, about 5 min. etc. Nice walks around the lake, etc. We expect general folk customs and that no other residents and neighbors will be disturbed after 23. We live in the house ourselves on the 2nd floor.

Sentral og koselig leilighet i gåavstand til det meste i Kristiansand. Leiligheten består av et romslig soverom med utgang til veranda, hyggelig stue med egen kjøkkendel, eget arbeidsrom og et praktisk bad med vaskemaskin. Med eget arbeidsrom egner leiligheten seg godt for langtidsleie. Det er dagligvarebutikk rett over gata og bakeri et par hundre meter unna. Fra verandaen er det nydelig utsikt over et gammelt villastrøk. Leiligheten ligger i tredje etasje. Metrobussene passerer her.

Trampoline and playhouse. Has a large loft living room with some toys for children. Barbecue we also have which can be used by the guests.
