Mike and Jenny are truly exceptional hosts—welcoming, attentive, and genuinely kind. They’ve created a space that feels like a home away from home. The property itself is stunning, offering a perfect blend of comfort, charm, and a touch of countryside serenity. And the animals? Absolutely delightful! From the adorable goats to the majestic horses and the iconic longhorns, spending time here feels like stepping into a little slice of farm life heaven. Jessica’s place has a large backyard for our dog Blue and the evening shade stood out so peacefully in her nice seating area. The house was adequately furnished with vintage furniture making it seem from another space & time. We didn’t spend but the nights and all was comfy.

I needed to arrange a last-minute trip to Uvalde, and Cynthia promptly offered her assistance. She was a wonderful host, and I had a very pleasant stay.

I absolutely loved this space! It was peaceful and welcoming. We were able to enjoy cooking together as a family with all of the kitchenware. I highly recommend booking with Carla, as I plan to do every time I visit Uvalde.
