August 2025We had a great stay here! The apartment is very well-appointed, and it is very comfortable. The proximity to the beach and Hollywood Broadwalk is amazing. David was very communicative and helpful. I highly recommend this place if you're looking to stay in Hollywood!

June 2025We loved the location, so near to the beach and Hollywood Beach promenade.
David was a great communicator and really helpful.
The apartment was well equipped very clean and as described. The beach chairs and an umbrella were a well used bonus.
Also parking was great.
We would wholly Recommend.

April 2025We enjoyed our stay at David’s very much. The place was exactly as described. In 1 minute you are crossing the Broadwalk onto the sandy beach! There is a fully stocked kitchen, beach towels,chairs,etc. The king size bed was very comfortable. Living room space comfy and cool. We had our own parking spot so no issues there. Plenty of great restaurants on the Broadwalk and nearby! Thank you David!
