We had a wonderful stay at Eutierria! It’s a cozy one-room kitchen flat, clean, comfortable, and exactly as shown in the pictures. The space has a calm, homely vibe with some greenery at the back, which makes it even nicer.

Shivram was a great host, polite, responsive, and very accommodating. He also allowed us a slightly late checkout, which we really appreciated.

Overall, a peaceful and comfortable stay that felt just right. Highly recommend! 🌿

The place was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. The location is a bit secluded from cafes and restaurants apart from that everything is fine.

Overall good stay at this price! Shivram was very responsive, and helped us with some minor problems that we faced. One suggestion will be to fix the paints that are coming off some places of the wall, that will make it absolute perfect!

The place was exactly as described in the images and well accomodated with all the equipments. It was exactly what we needed.. a home away from home.
The surroundings were peaceful yet near to the busy streets. It's just 7 mins ride to the palolem beach hence you have access to the major restaurants/cafes and the local market as well.
Since the kitchen is equipped with all the basic utensils and spices, being with a toddler helped us a lot since I could cook food for him easily.
The surroundings of the apartment are neat as well.
Staying at Eutierria just made our trip even more worthwhile and unforgettable.
Shivram as a host is always available and spontaneous with his replies. Even though we faced no difficulties, it was comforting to know that Shivram was there to assist us immediately if needed.
