Hosts and staff were absolutely incredible. So responsive and friendly! Check-in and check out very smooth. Such a great location, walkable to great restaurants and activities.
Only thing to note is that it is noisy being in Gaslamp, esp over the weekend. The hotel was so charming, historic, and such unique features. Since it’s an old building, you can hear your neighbors (we were unlucky and our neighbors got into a really bad argument with a lot of yelling, swearing, etc that definitely disturbed us going to sleep). But since it’s noisy, the host provides ear plugs, which came in handy! I addressed the noise past quiet hours and staff were very accommodating and considerate and addressed the issue professionally!
Overall, a great experience and would recommend this hotel!
