A perfect spot to visit Gaslamp quarter in San Diego. So many great restaurants and activities walking distance from the apartment. I would recommend staying here for an easy couple’s getaway.

Amazing stay at this place. Raphel might not be the one helping you check in, but everyone in the building is very welcoming. Be aware that keys are time locked, so you can only check in at the designated time. The place id just beside a shop, alonkst look inconspicuous, so you might miss the entrance. other than that, it is an amazing place

I was visiting San Diego for a meeting at the conference center and Raphel’s place was the perfect location - about a 10 min walk (door-to-door). The apartment is right in the Gaslamp District, so bars, restaurants, and the baseball stadium are all within a few minutes walking distance. I had no concerns with safety in the neighborhood, even coming home late at night by myself. Some reviews mention noise from outside - I didn’t have any issues when the windows were closed, but you can hear the upstairs tenants walking around (if that’s bothers you that much). Otherwise the unit is a great size, fully equipped, very clean, and Raphel was very communicative from booking until checkin and throughout my stay. Overall, great stay (price was perfect!) for such a central location.
