Clean and well maintained studio with lots of natural light. A/C window unit. The best location in Fort Greene - walkable to restaurants, Trader Joe’s, Whole Foods, Target, Barclays Center, Fort Greene Park, etc.

Hamza was incredibly responsive - usually replied within 20-30 minutes if not right away.

Things to note - unit on 2nd floor accessed by stairs. Right above a laundromat. Bar on the corner and another bar across the street so often noisy at night, but you are in the middle of Brooklyn on a busy street so to be expected. Wasn’t an issue.

All in all - a great place with a great host!

I enjoyed my stay at this property. It was a short walk to all the things I had planned in Brooklyn. Plenty of dining, entertainment, and sightseeing opportunities. Nice neighborhoods surrounding the area. Everything in the apartment was perfect for my stay.

This was my first time staying at an AB&B, which was nice, I can’t really say anything negative, although I did like the neighborhood.
