Had a lovely stay here, the place was very cosy and had everything we needed. The hot tub was an added bonus in such beautiful surroundings, would recommend to friends and family.

Kirean was a great host, great communication from the start. Gave us a 2 hour late checkout which was very much appreciated. The barn itself was fabulous. Spotlessly clean, very comfortable and superbly equipped. The flannels, towels and robes were top quality and all the crockery, glasses etc were first class. Hot tub was a great bonus and it was lovely to relax in it in such peaceful, beautiful surroundings. Kieran knew we were there to celebrate my husband's birthday and left a card and bottle of wine for him. I cannot recommend his place highly enough and really hope we can go back there.

We found Kieran's house to be spotlessly clean and extremely comfortable. Kieran was also very generous with initial supplies of bread, milk, eggs etc and with access to his electric vehicle charge points. Kieran always replied to any questions within a matter of minutes. Broadhempston is located in lovely, peaceful Devon countryside, with some narrow, twisty access roads. The village has two pubs, but when we were there, one wasn't serving food and the other was fully booked all week. However, there are several other options in the neighbouring villages, within a few minutes drive. Despite some changeable weather, we really enjoyed our stay at Kieran's house.
