This is a very well appointed modern style casita in a nice neighborhood near the University of New Mexico. Clean, comfortable and extremely cozy. It has a full size washer and dryer, kitchenette, desk and office area and a huge TV in front of a big comfy couch. Wonderful place to stay.

Everything was nice, neat, and comfy. Parking was right in front of the unit off the street. Highly recommend

The casita was a perfect size and location for our Balloon Fiesta needs! The casita is tucked away from the Main Street which is nice for privacy.
Would definitely stay again!
