The check-in instruction email ended up in the SPAM folder on G mail. I’m sure this didn’t happen only to me, and when I asked for clarification about check-in, I received a rather rude reply saying that I should read the instructions.

First, configure your outgoing mail properly to ensure that guests receive your messages, or at the very least confirm whether the guest has received the email before pointing to the guest’s attentiveness or literacy.
