Chui is simply stunning. Set in Beautiful and Tranquil surroundings but with great amenities. The staff were welcoming and helpful and the chef was top notch. it's also really convenient for a visit to Ngare Ndare Forest. We will certainly be staying there again when we want another break from the noise of town!! 10/10!

Great place and good communication of the owner. Only little topic was that the securities made issues letting a guest of mine in (you basically have to leave the original ID during the time of visit at the guard which doesn’t seem so trustful). Later I learned it is due to legal rules of some robberies at AirBnBs and I understood the situation then better but the security guards could have explained it and be friendly and thus trusting them more with giving them IDs. Things the owner cannot control a lot and she was very open and helpful but still led to a not so nice situation.

Jane's place is just beautiful! I highly recommend it and I will definitely come back. The house is well designed and spacious, allowing for privacy and also family activities. The decorations and furnishings are well appointed, including the entertainment room with a projector. We enjoyed every minute of our visit, which included a bonfire night with home made Pizzas.
The Chef had a great menu and we were not disappointed. The meals were excellent.
The grounds are well kept and we all felt safe. We were fortunate to view the Lunar eclipse while visiting and the telescope was an added bonus.
Early in the mornings we enjoyed viewing the beautiful Mount Kenya as described.
The property is located about 11 KMs from the main highway, however, it will take longer than the GPS navigation indicates, especially if you're using a regular vehicle. Next time I'll use a vehicle with high clearance, preferably a 4x4 vehicle.
