Brilliant property and great for large family get aways. Very child friendly. The house itself is walking distance to Brechin village centre and a 15 min drive to Montrose and the beaches. Would definitely recommend !

Such a lovely home and perfect for a big group! The garden was so well kept and we spent a lot of time enjoying the outdoor seating area. Would definitely stay again! Gillian left clear instructions and a well stocked pantry!

Superb accommodation in a beautiful setting. House was well maintained with comfortable beds and linen; plenty crockery and utensils and great coffee machine!
Hot tub and games room were firm favourites.
Would highly recommend.
