Very nice place with a lot of potential. Erik was very responsive. Amenities could be improved but solid rental.

Nice home, very quiet area peaceful. Used it mostly to sleep and shower but for the most part felt like home. Had a few fast food restaurants less than 5min. Clean home, beds where comfortable was priced well for my month stay!

Me and my buddies went on a golf trip and found Erik’s diamond in the rough of a spot. Good location away from the bars, but not too far away. Close to the courses that we wanted to play, but also not too close. Great location for the airport as well. House said everything we needed. We really didn’t need to leave the house if you’re looking for a spot to go with your buddies, this is the place.

Erik was a great host. The house was very nice and correctly described in the listing description. Minus the Ac broken in the bunk bed room and the living room/kitchen being a little dusty, it was a great house for a weekend getaway.
