Small but comfortable Apartment, close to everything. We stayed here for 1 month. Beds and sheets need to improve, specially for a Long stay. Tiny kitchen needs Equipment update, has very old Fridge and almost No silverware. Description and Host Both confirmed there was Air Conditioning which the Apt. Does Not have. It has some ancient type system that only cools the tiles on the ground floor, so be careful if booking during summer months which are scorching hot in Madrid. The Host complaint several times about renting this small space with a Large discount. Never understood why he accepted the Reservation in the first place...Quite disturbing! Book elsewhere or try Valencia for better equipped places.

房子很大很亮还有香氛的味道，客厅也很好看。房东能很好，会及时回复。入住很方便，入住后会给你发入住细则。地理位置很好，地铁站很近，去上海各个景点都很方便，去虹桥站和浦东国际机场也超级方便。厨房器具很齐全，还有烤箱，没能做菜有一点遗憾，但两天度过的很愉快，下次来上海还会继续选择入住。

The apartment is clean and very cozy. We went in winter and the heater heated the living room to a nice temperature. The bedrooms keep sound in well so you'll be able to sleep well. A short walk from the subway, so it's easy to get to places. However, on the first day, the cleaner didn't place the key in the same place as what we were told, so we were stuck in the cold for quite a while. The hosts did try their best to contact us as soon as they were notified and were able to answer all the questions asked subsequently.

Great host, great flat in a nice area close to most places in Madrid ! Definently worth staying
