We had such a wonderful time at Ullas's place. He was very responsive to all my questions and helpful. The house truly is exactly how the photos depict it. I really appreciated the daily cleaning provided. The society is close but still away from the hustle of candolim main road and we felt very safe living here. Overall a 10/10 stay and I would recommend it further to friends/family and come back myself :)

Ullas and Mehar are truly wonderful hosts with an exceptional eye for interior design. They’ve created a cozy yet uber-stylish home that instantly makes you feel comfortable. The three balconies offer beautiful, green views that are both calming and refreshing. Every detail in the house is thoughtfully arranged — from the tasteful decor to the fully equipped amenities like the fridge, TV, microwave, washing machine geysers in both bathrooms, RO purifier, utensils, and induction stove. My family and I absolutely loved our stay and felt right at home.

The place is cosy and comfortable, located close to the beaches and restaurant. It’s perfect for a party of 4. Ullas is very proactive and responsive and eager to help out with any problems.

We had a wonderful stay at Mehar and Ullas’s place in Candolim. The property, inspired by beautiful Greek architecture, is set in a well-planned and safe township, which made our holiday very comfortable. The location is excellent with easy access to rented bikes and cars, making it convenient to explore Goa. Our daughter thoroughly enjoyed her time here, and so did we. Highly recommended for families looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.
