July 2025Booked through an Airbnb promotion
I had a great time learning making pizza from Logan. We had a small party of two people so it’s a very hands on experience. Logan is clearly passionate and knowledgeable about making Neapolitan pizzas. It’s a unique spot in the neighborhood that many locals came to adorn over the years, so it’s really nice to see Paulie Gee growing ever stronger under Logan!

July 2025Really great experience! So much fun learning the tricks of the pizza making trade and the pizzas were delicious. We came home with tons of leftovers. Logan was great.
