This experience was just what I needed to reconnect with myself and nature and have fun while getting exercise. It was just the right combination of stillness and movement, guided exercises and free exploration, reverence and lightheartedness, and it invited me to have a new perspective around how I can nourish myself by being in nature more mindfully. I'll be back for more and will bring some friends with me to explore the beautiful open spaces of Marin!

I was blown away by the forest bathing experience. It was incredibly beautiful nature, and the guided meditation, yoga, and poetry that Kyyio read made it a peak experience. The views at the top of the mountain were epic of the entire Bay Area, and the guide’s knowledge of native plants was delightful. I left feeling serene and elated.
