Host was responsive and very friendly! I had requested to check in early as I have an online meeting and needed the space and they were understanding and accommodating to actually help me checked in an hour early.
The place is cosy, clean and comfortable. There's a 24/7 mart at the lobby and also a cafe where you can chill. Imago Shopping mall isn't that far from there and quite close to the airport. Will definitely book here again when visiting Kota Kinabalu :)
