This sweet home fit the 8 of us perfectly. The spacious children's bedroom had beds for our 4 littles to room together happily. Our 2 teens were content to have separate rooms. We enjoyed the coastal decor, the comfy living room to gather in, a huge board game selection, the open kitchen the a fun-filled basement for the kids. The neighborhood was quiet, well maintained and had little traffic, making it ideal for the 5 minute walk to the beach. It had warm water for wading/swimming and it was great for sandcastles. The water was clear enough for my husband to find his prescription sunglasses which had fallen off sminutes earlier in 4 ft. waters! We also enjoyed nearby Sandy Pond for swimming and a state of the art playground and splash pad. Our favorite towns for classy souvenir/decor shopping were Harwichport & Falmouth.

Arthur was the best host. We had an issue with the a/c one morning. I wrote at 8am and he was on his way within 5 minutes. He quickly resolved it and all was well.
