This was a FANTASTIC tasting in a wonderful establishment! Very authentic and knowledgeable host that offers an unbiased look at the 3 Dominican produced rums! And in the fabulous Lokura’s was icing on the cake! The owner went out of her way to source the rums we wanted to buy from the tasting from her local liquor store and offered them to us at her prices! We would HIGHLY recommend this experience to anyone visiting Puerto Plato!!!

Had a wonderful fun informative rum tasting experience with Nathallie. She has a vast knowledge of the Dominican rums of the region. The sample sizes are generous and water/snacks are included.

Nathalie was wonderful - very informative about the Rum process, friendly, and entertaining. Her presentation was casual and informative. The Rums were delicious and we learned so much! We were in town for the day while on a Cruise and the time she had available on the experience initially did not work with our timetable. After reaching out to her on Airbnb messaging she graciously adjusted her experience time so that it worked for us.

The location of the presentation was a very nice local woman-owned bar. We had privacy because the bar doesn't get busy until later in the evening and on weekends.
