We had such a great experience on this tour. Hugo was exceptionally knowledgeable and engaging, and he has a talent for bringing the museum’s history and artwork to life in a way that feels exciting rather than overwhelming.

There were a couple of children in our group and he was able to connect with them just as easily as he did with the adults, which made the tour feel inclusive and relaxed for everyone.

If you’re looking for a guided visit that’s informative and genuinely enjoyable (especially if you’re not sure where to start in such a huge museum), I would highly recommend Hugo and this tour.
