Super Host Laura grew up on a ranch in the vicinity of these properties. She decided to refurbish the oldest buildings she could buy and do something to tidy up the community at the same time. She wanted create a calm, livable space out of almost ruin. She finished the renovation of the only motel. It was built in 1950 and has not been open for over 30 years. It has 4 AIRBNB units. I am her daughter helping carry on her legacy.

We loved Casa Rosa and very much enjoyed our stay this past weekend. The location in Dell City is as close to the Guadalupe Mountains as you can get and seeing El Capitan right from the front porch was amazing! The neighborhood is very quiet and the courtyard between the airbnb units was lovely. The preservation of the casita style and hacienda decor made us feel right at home. Everything we needed was available and we would definitely stay again. Thank you AnneMarie and Kelli for a wonderful stay in the desert!
