The house is beautifully renovated — a great modern interpretation of a traditional home. The kitchen and bathroom details, the tea room, and the extremely comfortable beds are definitely highlights.

However, considering the price point — which is significantly higher than other accommodations in the area — the climate control could be much better. The insulation, especially at the roof, seems insufficient. Unless you keep each room’s door completely closed, the rooms don’t cool down properly, and the house overall becomes uncomfortably hot. You can only manage to cool the rooms individually by keeping them shut off from the rest of the house.

In short, it’s a well-designed and aesthetically pleasing renovation, but given the lack of proper climate control, the property feels overpriced.
