6 days agoWe had an amazing day on Giulia and Louis’s farm. The entire team there were friendly and welcoming and really made the time to explain everything that they do on the farm. The farm and house are unbelievable. The food and wine that was served throughout the day was just incredible and everything was made from produce from the farm. Giulia was a great teacher and even our 6 and 8 year old girls made amazing pasta with her help. They were well entertained by the farm animals too.
I would highly recommend this to anyone wanting a true Tuscan experience.

1 week agoThis entire experience was spectacular. From start to finish we were in awe - the location of the farm, Giulia and her team, all of the amazing food and instruction. Truly a highlight of our trip. I can’t recommend this experience enough.

1 week agoThis class with Giulia was truly one of the highlights of our trip to Italy. Getting there was so easy! We took the train and someone picked us up at the station just 10–15 minutes away from her home. From the moment we arrived we felt like part of her family. Her Tuscan home looked like something out of a postcard! warm, rustic, and surrounded by beautiful scenery. Giulia welcomed us with delicious homemade food and incredible wine (so good I wanted to take a bottle home!).
The class itself was amazing and Giulia shared so many pasta making tips, different shapes, and creative flavor ideas. She was patient, knowledgeable, and made the whole experience feel personal and special. Sitting down afterward to share the pasta we made, laughing, drinking, and talking together felt like a true Italian family meal. We loved every moment and are already dreaming of coming back… especially if Giulia ever opens her home as an Airbnb. If you’re thinking about this experience, absolutely do it!!
