So much fun for my wife and I and our 16 year old daughter. Learned how to make killer salsa, and also tortillas. I never knew that there was so much (worthy) intention that goes into making a great tortilla. The class was just the right amount of time, inspiring, full of great food, and probably the best cooking class we have ever taken. Highly recommend!

Held in her restaurant, this class includes cultural context, information about plants/ingredients, and a chance to really test your hand at some of the techniques that make incredible Mexican food. Vanessa was so friendly, open, and was patient in stepping through the traditions of the food sources and balancing flavors. We will be cooking Mexican food completely different after this class. Gracias!!
