Christine and Alex’s Airbnb in a pretty, pleasant, centrally located residential neighborhood in lovely Glenwood Springs, CO is an exceptional home away from home! Its space, view, decor, and amenities exceeded our expectations. Christine and Alex were among the most pleasant, proactive and responsive hosts we’ve interacted with. They were flexible when we requested an extra night at the 11th hour; our online and in-person communication with them was warm and helpful. The king bed in the primary bedroom (we didn’t use the queen bed in the 2nd bedroom) was extremely comfortable. The view of the red cliffs and river below, especially in mid-October with lingering fall foliage, was delightful. The kitchen and bathrooms were thoughtfully equipped, much as a well-stocked upscale private home might be. Living room seating was ample/comfy. There were unique personal decor touches throughout. The gas fireplace was welcome on cool evenings. Location was perfect for us. We’ll be back!

We had an amazing stay! The house was absolutely beautiful and very clean. The home was so well stocked with every utensil and anything you needed for cooking. The views were stunning! There was so much to do in this cute town. We loved the Adventure Park and Iron Mountain Hot Springs plus all the beautiful walking and biking trails. We had a very memorable stay. Thank you!

My stay at The Sage House was nothing short of spectacular! This modern guest suite on the Roaring Fork River is a true gem in Glenwood Springs. The moment you step in, you’re greeted with sleek, stylish decor and floor-to-ceiling windows showcasing breathtaking river and mountain views. The space is immaculate (living up to its 4.95/5 rating!), with every detail thoughtfully designed for comfort and convenience.
The queen bed was incredibly comfortable. The kitchen was a highlight—fully equipped with everything we needed to whip up meals, though downtown Glenwood’s restaurants were just a short drive away. The private patio overlooking the river was our favorite spot for morning coffee and evening relaxation, listening to the water flow. Having direct access to the Roaring Fork for a quick dip or fishing right from the backyard was unforgettable!
The host was a fantastic Superhost—quick to respond, provided clear check-in instructions. and shared great local recommendations.

The space was very inviting and peaceful! A very nice touch was that soothing music was playing when we arrived and the place smelled wonderful. The location was very beautiful and conveniently located. The kitchen was stocked with everything for cooking dinner. We were very happy with our stay and would stay here again if we come back.
