Great location. Saw whales, dolphins, otters while eating breakfast. Short walk to the beach. Nice house. They have high chair and pack-n-play for baby which was great. Would stay again.

From the second we entered the home we felt like we were somewhere special. The home was modern and beautiful and clean. The ceilings were high and hallways wide enough for running and playing. There was plenty of seating in the kitchen and living room for everyone. The views of the ocean were breathtaking. We were lucky to see dolphins and whales and two gorgeous sunsets. The beach was close and easily accessible. Carl was friendly and responsive with every message. Everyone enjoyed their time together in the house. We hope to come back sooner than later!

We had a wonderful stay at Carl’s gorgeous home! Carl gave clear instructions for check in, check out, and everything in between. The layout of the home was a perfect space for our family gathering. We appreciated how spacious and clean the house was. Every amenity you could need, they had, and then some! My siblings and I along with our respective spouses had a fantastic time in a beautiful place in Pájaro Dunes. The house is amazing! Carl was attentive to any questions or comments . His response time very fast. We totally appreciated all of the kitchen items and appliances top of the line especially the stove and the barbecue. The view of the ocean and beach access great! We loved this place!!
