great place.

The reason to stay at the home is the host, Ted. He is kind and open and really made our stay special. The pink palace was exactly as advertised and very cozy. The house is a short walk from the ferry station. Would recommend the place for those looking for an adventure!

Whether describing the host or the home, Bohemian comes to mind. Ted is a wise and warm individual and his home is beautifully located and ideal for the adventurous traveler. The house is still a work in progress but there’s lots of fun stuff to see and enjoy and Ted is a fountain of information about the island and Portland. A great visit.

So glad I was able to experience a stay at the treehouse on Peak’s Island. Ted was a great host who provided us with a welcoming greeting and tour of the island. A great place for a getaway. Peak’s Island is a true gem.
