Beach house vacation rentals in U.S. Virgin Islands

While St. John is our favorite place in the world, I can’t say enough about our experience at Eureka Villa — it was absolutely perfect for our two-couple group. Great location not far from Cruz Bay (and as a bonus: super close to Windmill Bar!). Was so appreciative of Elise being proactive upon our arrival to the island and personally escorting our Jeep to the location, showing us around the villa, and was more than willing to share her knowledge of the island. The panoramic view was indescribable. Loved having the cross-breeze from large glass/screen doors in the central space, while still having access to bedroom air conditioning for comfortable sleeping at night. Clean, organized, modern updates, STOCKED with home and beach supplies which saved lots of packing space for us — beach chairs, coolers, towels, snorkel gear, even had spare reef-safe sunscreen. Elise & John were immediately responsive to any questions and fantastic to work with. Already counting the days until our return.

From start to finish we had a wonderful time at this home. Book VI provided a link to share with our group with the list of helpful pointers and recommendations from restaurants, beaches to shopping. The place was beautiful and well appointed and had comfortable beds too. We enjoyed using the beach chairs, snorkeling gear and the SUP while there. They had coolers too which came in handy for our beach outings. This place was about 15 min or so from Cruz Bay and grocery stores were nearby too. If you are looking for a beautiful place to stay near Cruz Bay and enjoy seeing the stars, stay here. I highly recommend staying here.

Amazing Airbnb with beautiful sunset views! The villa had all of the amenities my family and I needed for a week stay. Host was very responsive and friendly. Would recommend this place to everyone!

This house added to our vacation experience on St. Thomas. The pool and deck were overlooking AMAZING views, the house was roomy, comfortable, and well apportioned. It had character and charm and all of the comforts of home. The kitchen was easy to cook in. Great for families- in a quiet area behind a gate and located close enough to groceries and restaurants. We would book this again!

A RARE FIND!!! I rated this place "5 Star" across the board. I would have rated it higher if I could have! This property is pristine, well cared for, convenient to the boardwalk, has a secluded beach that you have to stroll 1/2 mile to find, It is quiet, well decorated, comfortable inside and out, and the pool is PERFECT!! Chad (owner) and Lisa (property manager) went out of their way to be helpful and good hosts!!

Lucky Bottom is beyond lovely in every way. The house is gorgeous, spacious and thoughtfully designed. We loved the peacefulness and privacy of the house. My kids loved snorkeling at Cane Bay, swimming in the pool and the amazing views. My entire family loved staying here. We highly recommend it!

Gigi is an amazing host! She helped us navigate Water Island and St. Thomas through her helpful recommendations. She greeted us at the Water Island Ferry dock and helped us get settled in. She was there whenever we needed anything. Gigi’s home is in a beautiful location and is well equipped with whatever you need. She has lots of beach essentials and floats for the pool. The space is attached to Gigi’s primary residence, however, we’d never know anyone was there. It was super quiet with really thick walls. Getting to/from Water Island is a breeze! It’s 10 minutes on a ferry that’s always on time. We loved seeing tortoises, hermit crabs and Gigi’s sweet ldog Coco at the house. At the beach, we loved seeing the sea turtles in the calm water! We also did a sailing trip to swim with sea turtles. The Gigi-recommended captain was AMAZING. He let our daughter drive the boat as an early birthday present. She’s been telling everyone about it! Highly recommend! Can’t thank Gigi enough!

We really enjoyed our stay! The view of the island was amazing. I think it was the the best view we have ever had at an Air BNB. Delano and Beige were very helpful. We enjoyed chatting with Gene while he cleaned the pool everyday. The pool was a nice place to relax after a long day sight seeing. Our room had everything we needed and more, including beach and snorkeling gear. We will definitely stay here again the next time we visit St. Thomas!

We had a great week at Down Yonder Villa! The location was convenient to grocery stores and downtown Cruz Bay. We traveled with another couple, and the villa floorpan was perfect - 2 master suites on opposites ends of the house with main living area in between. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed and more. The view from the patio of Chocolate Bay is stunning! The best unexpected perk was that everything needed for a beach day was available for our use - chairs, towels, cooler, and even freezer packs for the cooler!

We were pleasantly surprised at how quiet and private this home was considering its proximity to restaurants and the main thoroughfare in Coral Bay! It was so convenient for us to get to all the beaches we love to snorkel at AND the very best dinners were at Sharky’s right outside our front gate!! So we did not have to drive to dinner most nights!! We could walk to Crabby’s, practically next door for snorkel rentals. There is also a small market right behind Crabby’s. Any questions we had were answered almost immediately as Jose was living on the premises. We only saw him when we needed help with something. Only concern for Seniors is the winding stairwell to go upstairs to bedrooms and main bathroom. Fortunately, there is a first floor bathroom and shower we also really appreciated being Seniors ourselves!! We LOVED the screened porch surrounding the home and the small pool was refreshing after a snorkel. There is a hose for cleaning sand off everything by the pool.

CJ and Martina's place is incredible! It's clean and well-stocked with a gorgeous view. Our entire family stayed for our 20th anniversary and for our parents' 50th anniversary. CJ and Martina were so helpful and put so much thought into the house. Staying there made the trip so pleasant and stress-free -- comfortable beds, clean bathrooms, mosquito oil lamps, beach towels and chairs, AC units in the bedrooms, Tesla power generator, the washer and dryer... I could keep going. Not every home on the island has as much thought and care as this one, and certainly not every host is as responsive and exceptional as CJ and Martina. They went above-and-beyond. I have no complaints.

We had a great stay. Everything we needed was there and the home was great. The home is very open and airy and the kitchen is well equipped. There is a Wonderful pool area and plenty of places to sit and enjoy the great views. We needed water and paper towels so we asked Chuck the caretaker and we had it right away. I would definitely recommend a stay here.

We had an amazing time at this property and in St. John! We loved our experience so much, we will likely be back soon! Drew and Bailey were both very helpful, and getting the car through Drew was seamless! Thank you again for helping us have an amazing time in St. John!!

First time booking an AirBnB on St. Croix and Jenine & Frank did NOT disappoint! The house was absolutely perfect for our family of 4. My adult kids had their own rooms & bathrooms, the living room was cozy and the pool and grill were used almost every day. The few times we had to reach out to our hosts, Frank or Jenine were quick with a text and visit. We will definitely be returning to St. Croix and will book this beautful home in Christiansted.

One of the best places to stay on the island because you can get to town or country relatively fast and have a phenomenal view as well. Definitely worth the price and definitely coming back!!

Beautiful peaceful getaway! Standing at the end of the pool deck was definitely my favorite place of the entire property! This home is a bit off the beaten path, but less than 10 or 15 minutes into town to get whatever you need. The local host Alisha and her husband were extremely responsive and helpful for any minor issues that we raised. Overall, an exceptional experience. FYI - For families, the master bedroom and the three other bedrooms are quite separated by distance, and one is on a different floor, so just be aware if you have small children. For teens or young adults, I think this is a perfect family set up.

Very well maintained house and pool. Appliances seemed new and well maintained. One air conditioner needed work, but a very nice repairman came and fixed it right after we arrived without us needing to request service.Beautiful view. Good value. Decent bed comfort for those of us who dislike hard beds. The only real drawback is the poor, unpaved driveway that lacked road signage, took some wrong turns to find even with Google maps, and required an all-wheel drive vehicle. We traded in our Jeep for a smaller compact SUV with better visibility because the space to turn the vehicle around is so tight.

I highly recommend Rosanne's home. Tiffany, a member of the Anteres crew, met us in town after picking up our jeep rentals. We followed her to the house. Super welcoming and answered all of our questions. Casa Del Palmas was in pristine condition and beautifully decorated. Rosanne has put great effort and thought into decorating and stocking her entire home from top to bottom with everything you will possibly need for a perfect vacation. The amazingly beautiful views off the back porches will be greatly missed.

Wayne’s place is perfect! It’s very well stocked, clean and spacious with private entries from the deck for each person in your party. Being located on the east end allowed us to see all the best spots the island has to offer. 6 minutes behind the house is a hike down to Jacks Bay, one of the most majestic sights on the island. There wasn’t a single item we needed that was not provided and you can’t beat the view. A flight delay due to ice storms in the mainland left us panicking and Wayne and John (co host) went above and beyond to help us extend our accommodations without panic. So lucky to have literally been “stranded on an island” at A Wave From It All” and can’t wait to return. Thank you John and Wayne so much for an incredible stay!

We absolutely loved our stay in St. John. We were greeted and welcomed and helped every step of the way! We loved the view and the deck and the pool and hot tub were perfect for our teenage daughters. We made special memories together and we will be back!

We had an absolutely amazing stay! Tristen was a fantastic host—responsive, thoughtful, and made us feel completely at home. Her property manager was also incredibly helpful and made the check-in process smooth and stress-free, which we really appreciated after a long day of travel. The views from the property are unmatched—panoramic sights of the Virgin Islands that left us speechless every single day. The house itself was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had everything we could possibly need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Our group of 9 had more than enough space. Each bedroom offered plenty of privacy, and the kids couldn’t get enough of the pool! It truly felt like our own private paradise. We would gladly stay here again the next time we’re in St. Thomas. Highly recommend!

I loved the stay the house was exactly what was shown. The house is no more than 20 min from the excursion all over the island. I enjoyed my stay Sabrina was responsive. My family & i was on vacation we all enjoyed it. Sleeping arrangements were great. I highly recommend staying here if you vacation in St Thomas.

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The place was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described in the listing. Bert, the host, was incredibly responsive from the moment I inquired about the property until I landed back home. Super nice guy! The location was quiet and peaceful—perfect for a relaxing getaway. I highly recommend renting a car so you can explore all the beautiful beaches in St. Thomas and St. John. While the unit doesn’t have a washer/dryer inside, there is a laundromat within walking distance on the resort grounds—just remember to bring quarters! I also appreciated that beach chairs were provided, which made our beach days even better.
