Monthly Rentals in Uptown, Dallas

We stayed at Bo's place last weekend to attend my Niece's graduation. He was very responsive and gave great instructions. The place was very clean and equipped . Both bedrooms had their own bathrooms which was great !! The location was in a very busy area if you are young and like busy this is a place for you with many restaurants and bars around . Be aware it is cross street from American airline stadium we got stuck on sat night and could not get to the place due to closure of the streets and took us a while to get to the apartment. if you stay sat night just know you can not sleep in one of the bedrooms due to the noise of the music and Bars around till 3am. This is really a nice place for young groups to go out eat and party.

We will stay here again, the bed was very comfortable and the space was the perfect size for our needs. Matthew was responsive and very helpful from our check in to check out.

Definitely clean and gives you a full apartment with a hotel vibe! Located in the heart of victory, Park and easy access to everything in Dallas very walkable would definitely recommend beautiful views high floor comfortable bed

The unit and the apartment building it is in are in fine condition. If anything malfunctions, the management sends a technician, usually within an hour. It is a studio, but large and with a spacious walk-in closet. It is well-supplied and -furnished, even including an electric sit-stand desk. Some of the supplies had vanished before our arrival and we reported these. Ian replaced them within a couple of days. A few more plates and bowls would be commensurate with the full-size dishwasher, and Ian said he is preparing to order them. The building offers an inexpensive printing service. The unit overlooks the swimming pool, a site for occasional gatherings, but the noiseproofing is good, so any sounds from the people below are slight. The free streetcar is about a block away, and all of Uptown and downtown are within walking distance. There were 2 of us to share 1 fob for access, but Ian got us a second one so we could go out and return independently. A mailbox key was included.
