Very nicely decorated and clean apartment. There are also very many opportunities for leisure activities nearby, which were easily accessible due to the good location of the apartment. The contact with the landlady was easy and you always got a quick response. We felt very comfortable ☺️

A wonderful stay in a fantastic loft! We had the pleasure of staying in this beautiful loft and can only report positive things! The apartment is tastefully decorated and offers a pleasant atmosphere that invites you to relax. The large windows let in a lot of light and the view of the surroundings is great. The location of the loft is also a big plus. The area is quiet and picturesque, perfect for long walks or exploring. We enjoyed nature to the fullest and were even lucky enough to be successful in a mushroom search! The host's father was extremely friendly and helpful. He provided us with valuable tips about the area. Overall it was a great stay, and I highly recommend the apartment.

A very nice location in Burglengenfeld, very quiet and with beautiful views of the castle. The apartment is a big room with nice kitchen and fireplace. The hosts are very nice and attentive. Gladly again!

Super nice apartment in a top location (walking distance to the SBahn, from there in 15 minutes in Nuremberg). Absolutely clean and well equipped. Max communicates great and everything is super uncomplicated. His father gave us the key for the apartment. Also very friendly and open-minded. Clear recommendation :)

The place looked better than on the pictures. It was very clean and comfortable. The place had everything you need including kitchen appliances. Additionally the price was quite good for this area.

The stay was great. The apartment is lovely and the terrace is fantastic. Great amenities! (screen + sound system throughout the apartment)

Christine was the most incredible host. My colleague and I had rented 2 of her apartments and they both exceeded expectations. Well located, great space and spotlessly clean. The area and building felt incredibly safe and secure. Christine is an above and beyond host - including giving us a lift during bad weather so we didn't need to walk! I would definitely recommend and plan to stay again myself.

An exceptional, very stylish place to stay in the epicenter of Regensburg. You will find space wonders and a lot of space with beautiful wooden, steel and glass elements that let in light and show off all the rooms really well. Of course, the highlight is the glazed elevator that can only be used for the three loft days! All the sights and restaurants are within walking distance. If you want to enjoy the city and look for a high-quality equipped location for cozy sitting together for chatting, drinking and looking at the city from above, this is the place to be.
