Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Upper Palatinate

We stayed with Melanie for the second time now and it was all great again. Melanie is super sweet and always available and helpful. Our children felt comfortable on the horse farm and were happy to be able to pet Icelandic horses every day:) The accommodation is also cozy and has everything you need. So we'd love to come back a third time:)

Uncomplicated and friendly. For us as a family with two small children, the accommodation was particularly nice, as it offered a terrace, a quiet street and meadows around the house as well as children's toys.

We had a very nice and relaxing stay at David's. Communication was easy, always fast and proactive. We had two babies with us, two baby cribs were also set up for us in the accommodation. The house is ideal for a group vacation, nice and large, with sufficient bedrooms and a large dining table for eating together.

The space is really very special. Communication with the host was great. We just had some trouble getting there, as the listing address doesn't match the one in Airbnb. We then found out via Google maps. Otherwise, everything was really great!

We were three families, each with a small child. The place was easy to find and with personal key handover. A kitchen with space for everyone, the bedrooms all clean and two bathrooms so we all had enough space. The terrace is a highlight because of the great view and completely fenced. And there is a meadow with a swing right next to the place, probably the highlight for our children. We went for a bit of a walk and some hiking trails are accessible directly from the property. We really enjoyed the weekend!

The House is located right next to a small lake with very beautiful scenary. Quite place. The house is very clean, with all kitchen ware availible. Most surprisingly the welcome bread and fruit from Fabian, who is a very nice landlord. We will visit again next year!

I wouldn't call the location central - but, if you're here, that's not what you're looking for anyway, am I right? It was just what we expected, very quiet and peaceful, yet a short car ride from important places and local attractions. The place is nice with a beautiful garden. Children didn't come inside at all, even though it was chilly outside. They loved giving the chickens food! There is a rich selection of music & fairytale CDs, and movie DVDs as well as many toys for them too. The nature in the area is beautiful. We went hiking one day and saw several deer on multiple occasions! We visited Bamberg one day, which was magical. All of the food we had was amazing during our trip. There was only one problem we had, and all it says is that Birgit cares a lot about providing a comfortable and seamless experience. She addressed our internet connection problem swiftly and delivered the solution. All in all, the value-to-cost ratio was great for us. That was what we were looking for.

Excellent place to stay in Regensburg! It's about a 20 minute walk from the main train station to the apartment. It's close to amenities and the lovely sights. It was spotless when we arrived. I would not hesitate to recommend this place to others.

The small apartment of Katharina and Max was ideal for our stopover on the return trip to Berlin. Max welcomed us very warmly and gave helpful tips for the evening. We had a very pleasant stay. For a short trip to Regensburg, we highly recommend the accommodation. A bakery, restaurant and grocery stores are within walking distance. The city center is also not too far away. The apartment surprised us very positively. It was equipped with everything you need. Not only all kitchen appliances, but spices, tea, even cappuccino powder. There were flyers about all the activities nearby, and various books. The decor was familiar, inviting, clean, no unpleasant smells, with beautiful views. Wellness area also great. The owner is very nice, helpful, recommended.

Highly recommended! Everything as described; room larger than the mentioned 10 sqm -> sloping roof well used; nice, clean bathroom, large shower, sink rather in miniature format. Good check-in and communication (in person or key safe), Jacob is helpful, friendly and completely uncomplicated. On top of that, great residential area, nice walk to the city center possible. 4-day stay with great cities and charming nature (!!) all around. Thank you for a great stay 😊

Petra’s place was very cozy. We had been traveling for a while and it was nice to be somewhere so homey. It is an easy bus ride to the city center, but there is the advantage of being in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood. Would recommend!

We stayed with Alina and Alexander for 2 nights as a young family of three. We felt very comfortable. It was nice and clean, the coffee maker with matching coffee capsules is great. The area is super nice. Especially for families, the Höllohe Zoo is worthwhile. If you are lucky, you can use the table with the benches at the playground around the corner to eat outside or have a wine in the evening and see the wonderful landscape.

What an amazing apartment! Thank you David and family for a brilliant stay, your help and fast responses made the trip very easy for us. The apartment is in a great location just off the river and near a lovely square in town for restaurants and drinks. There is also a large car park that is free parking which David recommended to us just a 5-10 min walk away. Beautiful city with lots to do - we loved it!

We stayed in the area for the rock climbing and the place was perfect for our needs — quiet to have a good rest after a long day out and spacious to comfortably include up to 5 people. This was a pleasant experience and much more than we expected given the price tag.

The host was extremely responsive and communicative, ensuring a seamless check-in and stay. The space itself was exactly as expected, but the living area/activity space truly exceeded my expectations - it was top-notch! I'd highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a comfortable and relaxing getaway.

We felt like we were with good friends. Barbara took very good care of us. She is a super nice and friendly host. We received very good recommendations for excursions and tips. She was also always there for us. We will be happy to come back anytime.

Communication with Marisa in advance worked out great. She responded quickly and was very friendly. The apartment was very nicely decorated, with a nice large terrace and well-equipped kitchen. We felt very comfortable and would come back.

We felt very comfortable in Annette's apartment! Above all, we liked the large windows and the balcony overlooking nature, the kitchen and the fireplace. There are hiking trails on site, e.g. to the Weißenstein castle ruin. We had a very relaxing time and will be back.
