Beautiful very large secure apartment with easy access to the bus line. Nathalie was a gracious host and we really enjoyed our stay.

Very happy with my stay in this super sunny apartment, even bigger than in the photos and very conveniently located. The bedroom overlooks the yard, so super peaceful. The alley is quiet as well. Clément is very friendly! He made sure I was comfortable during my stay. As a woman traveling alone, I felt completely safe thanks to the 2 doors that are on the ground floor and the security cameras. I look forward to returning in the coming months.

This is an absolutely lovely place to stay. Is it indeed a peaceful haven – quiet, clean, with many amenities for a longer stay. As others have mentioned, it is very well located to the Robinson RER B train station for quick and easy access to Paris. In addition to good options for bakeries and grocery stores, there are beautiful parks nearby for those who enjoy long walks. Nathalie is a perfect host – welcoming, informative, and very responsive. I highly recommend this apartment and would not hesitate to stay here again.

It was a very great experience to stay at Lucia's apartment! We could easily checked in, everything was clean and comfy. Room temperature was managed properly. I would definitely stay at this place if I could get a chance to visit Paris!

Great place to stay near metro stops and many nearby restaurants and a grocery store. Nasrin was very responsive to questions and made check in easy.

The apartment is very well located and has excellent connections to the metro. The underground parking was easily accessible even for a large SUV (max. 1,85m). The apartment was super clean and everything we needed was there. We had a very nice few days. We would come back again

Hi, The host's welcome was excellent: warm, accommodating and very understanding, especially when we had to change our dates last minute. The house is pleasant, well maintained, well equipped, and the rooms are spacious enough to comfortably accommodate 7-8 guests. Very nice house, carefully decorated, comfortable and convenient. Even if it's cool outside, the heating system is optimal. Excellent bedding and beautiful bathrooms, very spacious. Quality towels and bed linens. Small courtyard that allows you to dine outdoors when the weather permits.

Charming, well-appointed, and clean, it has an outstanding location and view on the edge of three popular arrondissements in the heart of Paris. Despite the incredible photos and description, it was even better than we imagined. The host met us and showed us how to navigate the two exterior entries and the door to our place. It is a historic French Hotel with a beautiful foyer and with a nighttime doorman we felt very safe. The apartment itself was equipped with everything we needed and more. The queen-sized bed was very comfortable, with a picturesque view outside. The balcony was quaint, with a bistro table and two chairs. We spent mornings and evenings eating, drinking, and enjoying the balcony with incredible views of the Eiffel Tower. We ventured into the city daily enjoying all the bistros and shopping near and far. The metro was steps away. The host was kind and thoughtful and baked treats for my husband’s birthday and our departure. We can't wait to return! Thank you!

We spent two days at Hélène's for the Rock en Seine festival, it's the perfect base: close to the metro, the neighborhood has all the amenities of many restaurants. The apartment is very quiet, Hélène is very attentive so that her guests don't miss anything. The bedding is comfortable. I would this property.

A cozy,clean apartment, with a great view,within walking distance of restaurants and shops, free parking nearby. Had a great time at David's place. The instructions were very clear, David was very responsive and flexible in check-in and checkout times and always kind in our exchanges. The place matched the photos and description in every way. The setting and the view it offers are amazing. I highly recommend renting this apartment for a peaceful and exotic stay, close to the sea.

It was such an amazing stay. Marie-Christine is a lovely, caring, friendly person, very easy going and has a great sense of humor! She made us feel very welcome. She even helped us with our bags and provided space to store our bikes. She reacted to all messages immediately. She also provided everything for our baby (chair, bed etc.), so I would say it is a very family friendly apartment ! It was super clean and had everything we needed (even two different types of irons - a normal and a steamed one 😅) . The area was also super nice to walk around. So I would recommend this apartment and this amazing host to everybody.
